i mentioned several times in the past that at some point in my journey i used to set alarms for every hour i was awake to remind myself to affirm. though i donโt do that anymore due to it being too freaking much, it definitely gave me a lot of movement every time. if you love affirming as much as i do then you should definitely try this! technically itโs only a one day challenge since thatโs all you need but you can do it however long youโd like to.

ยป example: i want to be 5โ0. my affirmation will be โi am naturally 5 feet tallโ
๐๐ ๏ธดset an alarm or a reminder for every hour your awake
ยป assuming you already know how long youโre usually awake, set a reminder for every hour. you can use the self pause app, reminders app, alarms, whatever it really doesnโt matter so pls donโt inbox me โdo i have to use that app or any app?โ just make sure you have something thatโll remind you hourly. my reminders were usually set from 7am - 10pm so not necessarily 12 hours but whatevs.

ยป each time my reminder went off, i repeated my affirmation 30x (aka said it in my head 30x). i wouldnโt necessarily say i said it robotically, i just said it normally like if i was reading a sentence from a book or something.

ย This is a fun manifestation technique I created/use to manifest almost instantly! When using this method you imagine yourself to be a magic microwave that can create anything into reality! Think of the popcorn kernels as your desires/thoughts that are ready to burst into reality when you use the magic microwave!

1. Confirm your desire
This can be literally anything you want! (e.g. a new lipstick, dream bodyโฆ)ย This step is almost like preparing your kernels and putting them into the microwave.
2. Stay in a state which you feel like you already have your desire
So when I get to this part I like to tense up my muscles and squeeze my eyes shut ( I do this because it makes me feel like Iโm really focusing all of my energy into my desires and it also makes me feel like Iโm really tensed up like a popcorn kernel ready to burst.) and just imagine whatever I want has appeared out of thin air, you can also repeat affirmations while doing this step such as:
- I have my dream face
- Isnโt it wonderful that its raining right now
- wow i just manifested my dream shoes instantlyย
3. Relaxย
Finally I relax my whole body and I have my desire. (like the kernel has popped and my desires had burst into reality.)

what I have manifested using this method:
- the time changing from 9:57pm to 8:55 instantly
- seeing the number 111 instantly in front of me
- finding my claw clip instantly

I havenโt used this method too much yet but I would like to see if this works for anyone else! This method isnโt very complicated at all itโs just a fun way I use to spice up my manifestations from time to time! I love this method because it doesnโt require to focus for super long and i personally believe it is much more adhd friendly then some other methods i use.ย

A little success story for the anon that was struggling with revising test scores: I revised a test score AFTER I had been given a bad grade and still ended up changing it to an outstanding score lmao. I think the biggest thing there for me was that I wasn't doing it specifically to change the score but just to feel better. My mindset was "I deserve to tell myself a story that makes me happy" and like 2 minutes after affirming that my teacher texted me saying my score changed

When your living space is a mess, donโt ever look around and think you should have managed better. Donโt look at the chaos as all the things you should have done. In order to live a more abundant life, you need to start working on your abundance mindset. What are your dominant beliefs about money? Are they serving you? Or are they preventing you from connecting to the universal flow of abundance?
Money is always available. Open to it. Invite it to your reality. Change your thoughts about money. Start repeating that money comes to you easily and effortlessly from multiple expected and unexpected sources. Visualize living a life you want to live, a life full of abundance at all levels.
