Welcome to the Bungalow

I’ve built a ton of bungalows in this game already, but as soon as I saw those new columns in Get Famous, I knew I had to build another one! Plus the new Craftsman windows are pure awesome.

I built this one specifically for Del Sol Valley in the “cheaper” neighborhood, so there’s a garage out back which meets up with the alleyway (where you see deco garages - the last picture in this post illustrates this). If you place it on another lot, you may want to delete that back driveway and just use the garage as a shed, or remove it altogether. I don’t have any fake cars in it, just an easel and some other clutter.

There’s a basement with not much in it but I wanted to include it in case you need more space.

Just for kicks I only used EPs and the Parenthood GP on this - no Stuff Packs were used in the making of this house. (I had to use at least one GP, though, because Parenthood has the best Craftsman-y cabinets and fireplace).

As usual, you may want to enable “bb.moveobjects” before placing the lot in build mode to make sure everything stays in place.
