i wanted to introduce a concept of a mental diet game that i learned about in something called the creators code. it rly helped me to understand the concept of mental diets and i think it’ll help you to understand it, AND put it into practice.
the objective in the mental diet game is to NOT LET YOUR OPPONENT SCORE, opponent being opposing thoughts/limiting beliefs. so basically how you do a mental diet is to be conscious and attentive to your thoughts. you start by asking yourself
what am i thinking right now?
is this a useful thought?
what makes a thought useful is entirely dependent on you and what you are manifesting. if your answer was YES then awesome, continue thinking about it. if the answer was NO then the next course of action would be to think ;
is it productive and true to who i am?
STOP and block the ball (the ball = opposing thoughts)
be still and know that you’re literally god (or whatever empowering affirmation you use to remind yourself that you’re the creator)
keep in mind that mental diets do in fact require effort, as does becoming a master of your mind but that's what this blog is about isn’t it? the stricter you are with your mental diet, the more you are aware of your thoughts and you’ll eliminate limiting/contradictory thoughts quicker.

I'm going to affirm, "The world is madly in love with me." When I affirm this, it will amplify every positive affirmation I've ever said/thought throughout my journey and hurdle them into my life. The world means my ideal 3d reality, and the world means my perfect 4d.
I have reached a godlike-status, I am an interdimensional icon, I have changed my life, and I am in love with myself in the purest of ways. I am too good for the world. So beautiful.
Alot of people when trying to ignore the 3D forget to ignore time. Time isn't real. We made it up it's just as malleable. Your past only exists because you say it does. Time has only passed because you say it has. "I'm ignoring the 3d but it'd been 2 days and-" there is no difference between 2 days and 2 hours.

Shoshin (Beginner's Mind/Spirit) is the Zen concept of maintaining a beginner's mind, a state of childlike curiosity and open mindfulness that allows us to let go of biases and assumptions in order to further progress in our understanding of a subject or skill. When we think we already know something we tend to reject or challenge new information, blocking us from going deeper. It is important to allow yourself to listen and to view something from a new perspective, then you will be able to gain deeper insights into your own way of doing things. It is like having a cup that is already full, you cannot fill it again until you have absorbed the previous cup. The mind must be emptied before it can be filled once again. By using this process of open mindfulness and childlike eagerness to learn, you can acquire and improve your skills and abilities much faster if you realize there is always more to learn.
At any moment,I have the choice to choose between what i want and what i don't what and i am deciding that i will always choose what is in my FAVOUR.

I will not have you change what happened just because it makes you look better. You did what you did. It’s time to live with it, as I have lived with it. You don’t get a revision.
(Only use those in non-dangerous situation, I know a lot of abusers will turn more dangerous and violent if their gaslighting is rejected. You can still say these in your head to keep yourself sane. You can always, in 100% cases trust your memory over what they say happened. And know if they’re trying to get you enraged with their lies they’re only doing it because it’s easy to manipulate a person once they’re overwhelmed with emotions, keep aware that their words hold no ground at all.)
