I Feel Like My Stories Arent Going To Be Scary Or Creepy But Here We Go. They All Happened About A Year

I feel like my stories arent going to be scary or creepy but here we go. They all happened about a year ago. The first one still baffles me honestly. I was like usual sitting on my bed in the middle of the day watching YouTube or looking through instagram, I dont remember but anyway, someone or something tends to push my left side two or three times before stopping and kinda vanishes for the day. At night there was two incidents that also still scare me. I dont remember the time when it happened but I'd say somewhere around 1-3 AM, still a bit groggy from just resently waking up but I was awake and alert. I was just minding my business listening to music when suddenly my mattress would get picked up with me! It was fucking terrifying. Another story was that I was out with friends (around 19-20 PM) hanging out under a bridge. We were just chilling and laughing, having a good time when I suddenly started seeing a shadow figure that looked like the one that came from my nightmares when I was really young (around 3-5), so I started to have a panic attack and luckily my friends saw what was happening and quickly brought me inside a well light building which didnt really help me much. That shadowfigure continued to follow me and stared at me for a solid 20 minutes I think before vanishing. Let's just say, I didnt get sleep that night.
