Seeing people posting the full results instead of just the character they got - I somehow got the result that resonates the second least, followed by the one that resonates third least, so I suspect OP and I have very different understandings of these questions.
Now just gotta finish the result summaries <33
Ooh, much thanks!
While reorganising my media library I did a quick survey of word frequency in tabletop RPG titles (because I'm the sort of dweeb who thinks "hey, I should do word frequency analysis for no reason"), and while the results were largely unremarkable, it turns out I have like four different games whose titles contain the word "bubblegum".
I think the funniest consequence of Tumblr's shit-ass content moderation is that a lot of people are still posting explicit art, but they've also gotten better over time at including including screen reader descriptions, and since anecdotal evidence supports the idea that whatever Tumblr is using to auto-mod explicit content seems to pick up on text better than it does on images, those descriptions will just fail to mention that the character so depicted has their dick out – and often this is not a small omission!
Sometimes, I see disabled people being ableist. It is not a common experience for me, but the people who do it tend to be extremely aggressive and have visible posts saying that due to their disability, sometimes their particular kind of disability, means that they are incapable of being ableist (and in the particular case that I’m thinking of, that if you think their ableist, you should get hit by a car and die). Now, this is obviously a problem. However, it is also an issue that, when I investigate the reblogs and comments on their post, the people who reply are ALSO being ableist against that person. That is in no way shape or form the fashion to be engaging them, and just encourages both parties to be more ableist.
Having of only gotten context from Tumblr, I find myself lacking relevant information, and therefore unfortunately unable to vote, but also very little, and so ask:
Is this for challenge (/pride), curiosity, the joy of theft, being annoyed with her, or being hired?
If hired, somewhat more complex: what's the aesthetic of the person/group giving the job, did they give any directives (not to the level of 'steal X', of course), and are they using a voluntary employment model or no? (Both in particular and, if known, in general matter there.)
i love trends, and the jumping-on thereof, so:
The fact Hi-Fi Rush has this song already makes it GOTY
go to this random coordinates generator and say in the tags how you would fare if you were dropped where it generates without warning. i’ll go first i’d be dropped in the middle of the fucking south atlantic ocean and perish
feels like some people become parents because they've been taught that is the natural progression of how adults gain power (i.e. the power their parents held over them in their childhood). and now they need to be at the top of that power structure, to finally be okay.
which is very, very sad. and also, crucially, not a healthy reason to become a parent.
i love abortion and i love divorce
Well, he seems to be the only competent crime lord in setting; presumably, he therefor has no issues with relatively legit ways of making money - and of making goons if their a bit short on cash.
pokemon theory i just thought of: new pokemon appear in the pokemon universe when they're designed in this one. they're created ex nilho but they have retroactive realness; they weren't here yesterday, but today they've always existed.
pokemon researchers have had to suss this out on their own over decades, and it's a really unpopular theory, made worse by the fact that no one can come up with a better one. from their perspective pokemon generate spontaneously but in both chronological directions, and the similarities of many pokemon seem to be detived from a conscious and creative understanding of the world--their world, though? what other world could there be?. there are ice cream pokemon and pokeball pokemon and sword pokemon and trash bag pokemon.
there are so many pokemon with both wings and a beak. is this like swords? is there an ur-flying type that this class evokes? there are so many canine pokemon. but what is a canine? is there such a thing? there's only one set of sword pokemon, right. one tea-set line. is *feline* a coherent category? would the ur-feline have two legs or four? why do so many pokemon have humanlike bodyplans-- but then again, why so few?
pichu has always been the prior form of pikachu. why didn't it get counted in order? why do we call it that instead of saying pikachu is the middle evolution of the pichu line? why can so many trainers remember finding this out well into their journeys? why didn't ash start with one?
this is why pokemon researchers do a lot of labwork, drink heavily, and use ten year olds for field research. you can't have an existential crisis if you don't even know what time is yet.
