“so we stroll down into forests of shadow, sharing what recluse birds feel at dusk,”
— Wei Ying-Wu, from At Cloud-Wisdom Monastery; Mountain Home: The Wilderness Poetry of Ancient China (tr. by David Hinton)
sometimes we don’t want love. we want to be chosen. to be seen fully, in all our chaos, silence, and need, and still be the one someone reaches for without hesitation. real connection isn’t loud. it’s in the small things. how someone stays when you’re quiet. how they look at you when you think you’ve said too much. how they don’t flinch when you’re not easy to hold. that’s what we ache for. not perfection. just presence.
Nah just cuddling ain't enough, I want to merge my soul with hers.
Happy Mothers Day to all of my mutuals that are Mom's, Ma's, Mothers
Thank you for everything you do ❤️
Early 50's male from the northeast. If your blog is blank or has no description of who you're, then don't attempt to follow. You will be blocked. What you'll find here is what intrigues my mind and stimulates my soul, nature, athletics, humor, solitude, and sometimes NSFW, just to list a few. Dont be shy to ask questions. I won't bite unless you're into that, lol. I love the outdoors and spending time alone.
