the thing about blackstar is that like yeah he's annoying and insane in the brain and his head is shaped like a cone like patrick star but like at the end of the day he's genuinely such a sweetheart he's such a kind little guy. uncanny sword arc obvious example but there are so many little moments that just make me crazy like in the first excalibur ep when kid asks him to keep quiet in the library his first instinct isn't to start a fight abt it or whatever he just goes "oh ya sorry mb :)" and idk everything about how he interacts with crona. like ik his main thing is that he's egotistical or whatever but he is Not actively malicious he's kind he's lovely he has a big heart and he wants to be niceys to people you hear me you fucking hear me

Totally feel like Maka had a crush when they were kids and now the switch has flipped and Blackstar's has a crush on her <3
