Something must have already went inside through those entrances as it hurts to even think. Maybe an amoeba? It's not too far fetched to think and maybe learn that something in that water is already eating you alive. You just hoped that the heaping form of flies right in front of you either helps you or puts you out of your misery. You just hoped.]

[Well, maybe that is too much wishful thinking. The beast right in front of you never budged, in that which is the worst to happen. It only watched. That's the most painful part.
