So I recently played Super Mario Wonder

The Evil Wario Gang

Love the stupid shoving match between Luigi and Waluigi in the intro to Mario Golf : Super Rush.

I enjoy seeing Luigi and Waluigi fighting dirty literally right out of the gate. Love the idea that those two have had the most childish vitriol between them since the moment Waluigi first stepped foot onto a sports arena.

But it's also interesting to note the differences in how they slam into each other.

Waluigi– the instigator– is far more aggressive, using his elbow as a battering ram to cause as much pain as possible.

Luigi has a microsecond of being off balance, but he never loses his stride. There is no anxious pause or even stunned surprise, he immediately comes in with retaliation. However, being smaller, he braces his hands against Waluigi's center of gravity and shoves with his arms while throwing his body weight in a gesture that is less "I want to leave bruises," and more "I want you as far away from me as possible, and if that means knocking you down in the process all the better." Very nice bit of subtle animation.

aaa Waluigi's outfits in the new Mario Kart- have doodles of his daredevil and biker outfits hehe the first one's just me being silly tbh, and the second one's he and Wario picking out their stuff (not exactly canon but shh-)

(also ignore how inaccurate the biker one is, it's difficult as hell to find good images of it with everything visible aaa-)

Super Mario Skyline - Wario and Waluigi Restyled

As much as I liked the outfits I designed fer them, the way I drew them just didn't work very well. So I took some notes on how Fang was drawn in this AU and applied 'em to them.

I gotta say, I vastly prefer this look over their old ones.
