A commission for someone who wanted to remain anonymous - the idea behind this was the fact that even in a brutal kind of playthrough, Henry and Hans’ relationship remains reaffirming thorough. I thought it was such a beautiful idea, thank you very much!
After watching the movie, I started to think about how Miguel didn't even looked at Mayday when she fell on him. One can assume it's because he's not in a good mood, but I started to think about what he lost.
I'm not very good at explaining it, so I hope the artwork talks for itself
It's been 2 weeks+ since the movie release, so at this point there's a lot more approach of that situation in a comedic way. It took me a lot of time to finally start this, and it feels like a bad timing since what's going on rn are memes about it more than anything, but well, I wanted to do it anyway
I started to fight this piece too much, so I'll just leave it at this point and call it finished, good or bad
yes, this was the artwork that made me open a poll about Miguel's ass... I'll share the version of it that didn't make it... at some point-
I think the overall point of ATSV/BTSV isn’t just rejecting tragedy itself because bad things happening isn’t a Spider-Man thing, that’s just life. And like Peter B Parker says, good things happen just as suddenly, and that’s life too. But in the meantime you’re supposed to do what you can without letting it define you or your story, which is what invokes Miguel to create an algorithm designed to erase the concept of unpredictable tragedy itself, even if it facilitates it. Hell, Miguel is so poorly adjusted from what happened to him he rejects and takes extreme offense to *any* irregularities, even if it’s a human being like Miles. But Miles trying to save his dad now that he knows what’s going to happen? That’s just doing what you can. That’s just being Spider-Man

I think Bruce Wayne is a loving parent, but not a good one. He is a psychologically tormented person who never got over his trauma or developed any healthy coping mechanisms but he just keeps ending up with them and doesn’t really know what to do with them.
Like Dick’s parents die right in front of him and Bruce is just “hey kid, my parents died in front of me to. And you know what helped me? Punching bad guys.”
And Jason? He finds this kid stealing his tires and he’s not afraid of Batman. He doesn’t seem afraid of anything. He’s got a big heart and cares a lot about people, but no one cares about him. So he goes “hey kid, you seem lost. You know what helps me when I’m feeling lost? Punching bad guys.”
With tim it’s a little more complicated. Bc this kid showed up at his front door and put him in a corner (tim saved him) and Bruce went, “hey kid, you seem pretty good at this. I do encourage you to find a different extracurricular activity… but yes, you can punch bad guys with me.”
And with Damian it’s even more complicated but in simplest terms Bruce and Dick look at Damian and go, “hey kid, you seem like you have some issues and a weird moral compass. Do you know what makes me feel better? Punching bad guys.”
Like shit bruce I’m no expert but maybe some talk therapy or grief counselling might help.
