♡ ⸝⸝ IT’S A BEAUTIFUL DAY TO SAVE LIVES
featuring. neurosurgeon!gojo | smut mdni, repost :p
neurosurgeon!gojo who you unknowingly meet in a bar on the night before your first day at your new job as a surgical intern. you didn’t really intend to get as drunk as you did, and you didn’t intend to kiss the really cute guy at the bar who had your attention all night. but, you more than definitely didn’t intend to bring him back to your apartment
“oh- fuck.”, you mewl as he continues pounding into your overstimulated pussy, his hand wrapped gently around your neck with the other roughly grabbing onto the plush of your hips. his brows were furrowed as he chases both of your highs with his own faint whimpers, his movements just so perfectly hitting your g-spot as you wrap your legs around his waist and throwing your head back because of the pure euphoria this man you had just met was giving you
neurosurgeon!gojo who wakes up in your bed the next morning, feeling so confused after you just shook his peacefully sleeping figure awake, ranting on at him
“so yeah, you need to leave.”, was the only thing he managed to clock onto after you had been rambling on about something. being late for your first day of work was it? all while he was still figuring out where he was for a second. he thinks you’re cute, though, trying to rush him out of your apartment. can’t say he’s ever had that happen to him before
neurosurgeon!gojo who does eventually leave after you got into the shower with you thinking that was it and you’d never see this ridiculously attractive stranger again
neurosurgeon!gojo who is described as a genius on your first day at work as a surgical intern, as one of the best surgeons in the country. some even would go as far to say the world. you were just so excited to meet and potentially work with him! especially with your interest to specialise in neurosurgery
neurosurgeon!gojo who makes some time in his busy schedule to talk to all the new surgical interns as head of neurosurgery and give some insight and advice to his new colleagues
neurosurgeon!gojo who sees you as he’s talking, his breath caught in his throat and stumbling on his words which go unnoticed by absolutely no one. you sharply inhale, knowing you had just slept with the head of neurosurgery just twelve hours ago - god, was this gonna cause a conflict of interest?
“oh my god, do you know the dr. gojo?”, one of your fellow interns ask as you feel your face heat up in embarrassment, shaking your head and pretending like you’ve never seen this man, when the night before he was eight inches deep inside you
neurosurgeon!gojo who after the talk with the interns, pulls you to the side with a cheeky grin on his face as he mentions the night before while you stand there awkwardly with your hands clasped together
neurosurgeon!gojo who then shamelessly asks you out to dinner, only to be met with your furrowed brows and stern voice telling him that it was inappropriate. he was basically your boss, who was several years older than you at that. not to mention that you’d both get fired if anyone was to find out
neurosurgeon!gojo who takes your rejection as a game, continuing to flirt with you shamelessly any chance he got despite the eye rolls and heavy sighs you met him with
neurosurgeon!gojo who chases you for the next month, even letting you assist in his surgeries after finding out how interested in neurosurgery you were. you wondered if he was simply playing favourites
“did you let me assist because we slept together?”, you ask bluntly, just ripping the bandaid off. “hm? yes i did.”, he admits with a shrug. “do you not realise how inappropriate that is?”, you scoff. “well, that’s what you wanted me to say, wasn’t it? that i chose you because you’re my favourite.” there’s a pause, “i chose you because i thought you were the most capable. believe it or not, i know how to do my job.”
neurosurgeon!gojo who you soon realise isn’t as bad as you originally thought as you continue working with him, his cocky demeanour slipping every so often where you see a genuinely selfless and kind hearted man who just simply wants to save lives
neurosurgeon!gojo who asks you out for a drink, one drink, he says, simply to celebrate a successful surgery on a case that had a 20% chance of survival after your assist with him
neurosurgeon!gojo who is so delightfully surprised when you say yes, his constant days of chasing you finally moving in the direction he wanted, even if it was minimal
neurosurgeon!gojo who ends up buying you both multiple drinks, just as you knew would happen. the both of you were so giggly as you stumble out the bar together, your hand resting on his chest whilst his arm was wrapped around your shoulder
neurosurgeon!gojo who decides to take his chances, the liquid courage definitely hitting his head a little too hard, and pulls you in slowly as he places a small and sweet kiss on your lips, completely taking you by surprise
neurosurgeon!gojo who apologises profusely once he sees your shocked reaction, thinking he’s just fucked up the good night you both were having together
neurosurgeon!gojo who is shut up by you, pulling his shirt so he’s down to your level and roughly kissing him again, the previous worries you had before completely gone and the only thing on your mind was him, and just maybe that mind blowing sex he gave you the first night you met
“take me home?”, you ask as gojo catches on to the real meaning behind your words, smiling to himself as he nods with butterflies in his stomach. maybe his hard work flirting with you had finally paid off

lowkeyartist!sukuna who makes videos in his room to post on his instagram. Most of it is just him making new tunes that would most definitely be sampled by an artist sooner or later, while some are covers.
But I think what people mostly know him for is the different lady - or ladies - they see in the background sleeping in his bed. His name on twitter grows hectic whenever they see the girls in the back in some of his videos, slamming and dragging his name. Regardless, he stays radio silent on it.
It’s not until a song that had used one of his vids for a sample went popular and he begrudgingly goes live on instagram for his first Q&A due to popular demand. The questions flood in when his fans realise it’s not bullshit and he actually is there to talk with them.
And, like true Sukuna signature, there’s a mystery lady in his sheets behind him. The live notices immediately when he shifts a little to the edge giving them a glimpse of you, almost like he wants them to see.
“Does it wobble? Don’t make me end this live,” he says sternly, trying to subtly read questions that aren’t about you behind him in the chat. He finds it funny how the whole internet has been in an uproar this past year due to your constant impulse on making your hair look different every other month - different girls, like he’d ever, the thought makes him scoff.
“Why do you bring over so many girls? what do you mean? It’s just one,” he teases, his head turning over his shoulder to peek at you - yep, still sleeping.
His taunts to the questions have everyone on edge, and you’re just peacefully in dreamland. His scowl deepens when he sees many people question his honesty on the last answer, so he finally breaks and he reveals the long awaited truth.
“It’s just one girl because it’s my fiancé, we’ve been together since I started this shit,” he leans back in his chair, relief flowing through his veins now that everyone knows, “why does she look different all the time? My girl’s just impulsive.”
CHOCOLATE & COOKIES — SAKUSA KIYOOMI
content: msby!kiyoomi, female reader, established relationship, reader is on her period. word count: 0,9k.
Kiyoomi was washing the dishes when he heard your footsteps shuffle into the kitchen. His head snapped around, a smile already spreading across his face when he saw you in your crumpled pajamas. You looked cute, no doubt about it, but also kind of… dangerous.
“Hey, babe.” He said, his voice soft in a way reserved just for you.
You didn’t respond. No glance, no acknowledgment. You walked straight past him, heading for the fridge like it held the answer to all your problems. The fridge door hummed open, and you poked around with an intensity that made Kiyoomi pause mid-scrub, sponge in hand.
It was one of those days.
Your period had started yesterday, which explained the bad mood that had been building all week. After years together, Kiyoomi liked to think he had learned how to navigate these stormy seas. But the truth? It caught him off guard every time. You weren’t just sensitive—you were sharp, snappy, and downright scary when the mood struck. And the way you ignored him just now? That stung.
What had he done? He ran through his mental checklist. Nothing came to mind, but the tension in the room told him he was still in trouble.
“Hey. I’m home.” He tried again, drying his hands on a dish towel. “I made pasta.”
“I can see.” You muttered, not even looking up from the fridge.
“I got here an hour ago, but you were asleep.” He added, as if offering evidence of good behavior. “Are you feeling better?”
You’d called him earlier while he was at training, your voice strained as you complained about cramps so bad they’d left you bedridden. He’d felt awful for not being able to come straight home.
“No.”
Okay. Honest, at least. He hesitated. Should he just leave it? No, he couldn’t. The air between you was too tense. “Are you hungry? I can serve you a—”
“Kiyoomi.”
That tone. His name. Just his name. No ‘babe’ no ‘love’ no ‘baby’ not even a begrudging ‘Kiyo’. His chest tightened. His stomach sank.
“Yes, baby?” He asked, trying to sound calm.
“Did you eat my chocolates?”
Shit. He froze. The room suddenly felt about ten degrees hotter. For someone as imposing as Sakusa Kiyoomi—a man who made grown athletes tremble with a single glare—it was ironic how easily two things could scare him: insects, and you. Especially you.
“Um. Yeah. There wasn’t much left, so I thought—”
“Why do you always do this?” You slammed the fridge shut with a force that made him flinch, spinning to face him with fire in your eyes. “You always eat my stuff and don’t even replace it!”
“What? I don’t always—”
“First it was my ice cream. Then my oatmeal—you don’t even like oatmeal, Kiyoomi! And now my chocolates?”
“I just wanted to try it.” He muttered defensively, raising his hands as if to fend off your wrath. “I was going to buy more—”
“When? Tomorrow?” You demanded, your voice cracking, and oh no, now your eyes were glistening with tears.
“Baby, no, don’t cry.” He said quickly, his voice laced with panic. “I’ll buy more. Right now.”
“It’s nine p.m.!” You shot back, your voice wobbling but sharp. “Those were from that chocolate shop we like—they won’t be open! What am I supposed to do tonight?”
Kiyoomi froze. You had a point. And the guilt? It was eating him alive. He’d messed up, and now he was watching his favorite person unravel before his eyes.
You sniffled, and that tiny sound hit him like a punch to the gut. Then your face crumpled, and suddenly, you weren’t just sniffling—you were full-on crying. Tears streamed down your cheeks as you gestured helplessly at the fridge. “I just wanted something sweet! And now there’s nothing!”
Oh dear lord. Kiyoomi pinched the bridge of his nose, muttering something under his breath that sounded like a plea for strength. This was worse than he thought. But despite the chaos in front of him, despite the rising panic in his chest, he still found you… heartbreakingly adorable.
He stepped closer, hesitant but determined. “Okay. I screwed up. I’ll fix it. Just… give me a second.”
You crossed your arms, glaring up at him. “How?”
Without another word, Kiyoomi walked over to the pantry, pulling out the bag of fancy cookies he’d been saving for himself. These were his cookies. The ones he didn’t share with anyone. Slowly, he placed them on the counter in front of you, as though offering a sacred artifact. “Here. You can have these.”
You froze, staring at the cookies, then back at him, suspicion written all over your face. “You don’t even like sharing those.”
“I know.” He said softly, his dark eyes meeting yours. “But I don’t like seeing you upset more.”
That did it. Your lip trembled, and you started crying harder. “You’re giving me your cookies?” You choked out, as if it was the most romantic gesture anyone had ever made. “You love these cookies.”
Kiyoomi exhaled sharply, his hand coming up to scratch the back of his neck. “Yeah, well, you’re more important than some cookies.” He paused, watching you sob even harder as you clutched the bag to your chest and went to hug him. “God.” He muttered under his breath, but there was a faint, helpless smile on his lips as he wrapped his arms around you.
“I’ll buy you as much chocolate as you want tomorrow.” He promised, gently smoothing a hand over your head. “And ice cream. And oatmeal. Whatever you want.”
“You’d better.” You said with your cheek against his shirt. “But you’re still on thin ice.”
He couldn’t help the small smile that tugged at his lips. “I know.”
You looked up at him, eyes still a little watery but filled with affection. “Thanks, baby.”
There she is.
“Always.” He murmured, leaning down to press a kiss to your forehead.

[ sakusa kiyoomi ]
sakusa loved you. in fact, he was practically fucking obsessed with you.
you were the love of his life. every thought that passed in his mind somehow reminded him of you, and every minute he was away felt like absolute hell. he would do anything for you to call out his name, and he would not hesitate trade eternal heaven just if it meant seeing you smile one last time.
however, now, you were the reason he wanted to bang his head against the wall until he passed out.
it wasn’t something you actively did. you were the perfect partner, after all. you took care of him, made sure he didn’t overwork himself, made him feel very loved, and appreciated him dearly.
it was actually something you didn’t do.
you never let him take care of you, and it drove him absolutely fucking insane, especially in times like these. you were avoiding his eyes as you sat across of him, clearly doing your best to look at everything but him as he stared at you, eyes wide in disbelief. “i’m sorry, repeat that?”
your shoulders dropped. “i ignored you during the weekend because i was… unstable, and i didn’t want my sad mood to ruin yours, so i dealt with it alone. it’s really not that big of a deal.”
sakusa stared at you blankly. he could remember breaking down multiple times in your arms, and you always pulled him into the comfort of your company, assuring him that he’s always welcome and that you loved taking care of him.
you always noticed even if he was just a little upset, and did everything possible to make his mood better. he could recall uncountable amounts of times were he cried over the silliest stuff, yet you always validated him and made sure he was okay.
the words coming out of your mouth truly flabbergasted him, and he continued staring at you. after a few seconds, you turned to him, frowning. “i already apologized for ignoring you. i’m sorry, okay? i just really didn’t want you to worry and—“
“are you fucking insane?”
you halted, before you sulked, giving him a small pout in response. “rude.”
“why the hell didn’t you come to me when you felt upset?” he stressed, bewildered. “i’m your boyfriend!”
you shrugged calmly. your nonchalance was starting to piss him off. “didn’t want to inconvenience you.”
“inconvenience—?!” he stammered, baffled. “you— inconvenience— oh my god!”
you blinked back, confused. “…why are you shocked? my words are very logical. i was very upset, so i thought about what would be best for you and i followed it.”
for the first time, sakusa was truly astonished. he stared at you, face blank as your words repeated in his head, before he cleared his throat. “[y/n]?”
“…yeah?”
“do you love me?”
you arched an eyebrow. “obviously.”
“then, for the love of god, please call me the next time you’re upset.”
you scoffed loudly, as if he was the unreasonable one. “don’t be ridiculous—“
his jaw dropped. you thought he was the ridiculous one?
“—why would i do that? i would burden you. that makes no sense. i thought you were smart, kiyoomi.”
kiyoomi stared at you for a few more seconds, before he let his head bang against the table loudly.
as much as sakusa would love to lie and say, he did not switch your mind up with a simple conversation. it actually took him days and weeks and months and almost years of continuously restating and reassuring and convincing until you finally accepted his love, help and care.
however, sakusa didn’t mind.
because all the stress you caused by worrying him, the frustration as he repeatedly tried to get it through your head, the sadness he felt whenever you pushed him away, all of it was worth it,
all of it was worth it because it’s you.
all of it was worth it and the second you came home years later, finally married, stressed from work and simply walked over to lean on him, shutting your eyes as he embraced you as you quietly mumbled a simple ‘i need you.’ as you finally allowed yourself to let him take care of you, he was sure it was all really worth it.
and sakusa would do it all over again if he had to, if it meant you would lean at him, even if it was just a brief moment.
because the truth was, loving you was never about convenience to him. he didn’t need to be comfortable as he loved. he didn’t need to be undisturbed.
to him, loving you was a commitment, an unwavering devotion, a pledge to remain your safe space forever. he ached to be in your presence, and loathed your absence. to him, loving you was never about himself. it was never transactional.
sakusa would do anything for you. in fact, sakusa would do anything if it meant you would give him the same soft, gentle smile he had gotten used to waking up to every morning.
and if he had to spend a couple more years for you to believe him,
he would do it in every lifetime.

bokuto has the deepest, most perfect dimples when he smiles and i will DIE by this!!!
You fling yourself around the corner, catching the door frame with your hand to stay upright. Shinso doesn't jump; he heard you stomping from all the way down the hall.
"I'm late."
He doesn't look up from his duffle bag. He's arranging the clothes carefully, placing each rolled sock in a row. "How late?"
"No, like-" You roll your hands in the air expectantly. "Period late."
Shinso glances at your feet and watches how you bounce on your toes with excitement. With a sigh. he looks up at you, expression set.
"How late are you?"
You stop bouncing. "It was supposed to come last night."
Shinso groans as he stands, pushing off of his knee for support.
"But, it's different this time!" you insist before he can say anything. "I feel different."
He sucks on one side of his cheek, pulling a dimple into his skin. He's still boyish in his features, even after all these years. Carefully, he measures his words, saying your name ever so gently.
"I just don't want you to get your hopes up again just for it to be negative." He taps his house slipper against his bag. "Because you'll end up testing again the next day, then the next day, just make sure it's really negative-"
"Hitoshi-"
"I just don't want you to break your heart again."
This song and dance must be getting old for him. Every month, you get excited, only to see that little line once again. Hitoshi's right: it always breaks your heart.
You think, maybe, he mourns it too. Silently. Privately. It's hard to tell. He's not like you. He's not expressive or outspoken, but je's always there to hold your hand and try again.
"Let's just wait a couple days." Hitoshi, as if he knows what you're thinking, reaching up and takes your hand. "If you're still late, I'll buy you as many tests as you want."
You swallow down your disappointment.
"How many days?"
"When I come back from this mission." He counts on his fingers. "Three days?"
"Three days? I'm supposed to not know if I'm pregnant for three days?"
Hitoshi shrugs and kneels back down, tending to his things. "Some people don't know they're pregnant the whole pregnancy."
"That's different and you know it."
