School is starting back so I've asked around and compiled some advice and tips to help you do amazing this semester!
Make a calendar and put your class times in it. Schedule in lunch and dinner (and hopefully breakfast) and see what you have left. Schedule in study and homework time, social time, work time, sleep, and chores. I know this is a lot and can be overwhelming, but having a time table helps you to keep to due dates with minimal stress.
Join a club! Make connections. The club doesn't even have to be in your field, just something you enjoy. It helps you make friends, feel more comfortable, and gives you something to look forward to!
Look at your library's calendar. A lot of libraries have events like therapy dogs, book sales, free lunches, and the like that are always fun!
Always have a snack with you. Sometimes that project takes a bit longer than expected and snacks make things so much easier. You can't work well on an empty stomach.
A lot of campuses have trails and stuff. Find them and walk them at least once.
Experiment with your style and identity. Literally no one there cares. Everyone is just as tired and focused on graduating as you are and they won't remember how your hair was or what shoes you wore yesterday.
It's ok to drink and party and have fun! There seems to be a stigma around partying in the academic circle. You can go out every now and then and do stupid stuff and still get good grades.
Do not buy that brand new $2,000 laptop. You don't need it.
Buy that $30 umbrella that won't break in the wind and is big enough to keep you and your backpack dry. You will need it.
Go to office hours. It's a great way to get that recommendation letter.
You failed a test? Oh well. You failed a class? Retake it. Don't stress. This isn't going to be the end all. I promise these things don't matter much after you graduate.
Your GPA isn't a reflection of your abilities. Life happens and you will fumble and fail.
Participate in class. You're paying way too much so take advantage of that. Drain every bit of information from that teacher. I promise they love it.
Take a class that isn't directly related to your degree. If it sounds cool, take it!
Stress eat an entire cake at least once.
Dollar tree seasonings work just the same as fancy, fresh market ones.
Walk campus a few times. Learn where things are. I promise you'll find something weird. My campus used to have a small clown shrine in the woods.
Find someone who has a pet and befriend them.
Learn to cook a vegetable.
Make a Google doc with all the class info and email the link to your classmates. Tell them they can add to it. Notes questions, whatever. At the end of the semester yall will have a giant document with literally anything the teacher could put on a comprehensive final.
Don't buy your textbooks until after the first week or two. 90% of the time you don't need the textbook. A lot of classes (and all common core classes) are required to have a mandatory textbook. But like I said, they probably won't ever use it.
Buy the textbooks and field guides you like and keep them!
Get sleep. Every night. Bragging about not sleeping or hardly sleeping is stupid and very bad for your health.
Slow down. Life goes too fast and I hope you don't have to learn what's actually important in life while at a funeral wishing you spent more time with someone. Please slow down. You don't get time back but you can always make up ah assignment or a class.
Take a semester or summer off. No one cares if you graduate a bit or a lot late. You won't ever get this time again so enjoy it
Have fun! You have an opportunity not granted to a lot of people. But that doesn't mean to work constantly. You should enjoy yourself.
And lastly: calculus made everyone cry it's ok. No one will judge you for it I promise.

Last week was so long, but I learned a lot.
Luckily I had the weekend off to recharge. I did chores, studied, watched Netflix, and spent time with friends.
This is my last week with this particular attending and patient population, and I've no doubt I'll keep learning a ton, if last week was any indication. It will be challenging but I'm looking forward to it.
just finished my rant about never writing on tumblr again and how it destroys my sleep and wastes my time yet here i am finishing by megumi imagine after one (1) person complimented my other post
“kats…she’s yours.”
the blonde doesn’t move, only stares blankly at the wall above your head, ignoring the ultrasound in he’s clenching in his right hand. you smile brightly at him, bouncing on your heels.
“fuckin…how? weren’t you being careful? what the fuck y/n i cant- you cant- we’re not-“
“we’re not what.” you look at him aghast. “what the fuck are you saying katsuki?”
it had been a couple months since that night, but it was hard to forget. bakugo had come to you, upset about losing that apartment full of people to the villains, upset about being beaten, his anger pent up and ready to explode. neither of you slept that night. but in the morning, you’d woken up without him by your side, his part of the bed still warm with the ghost of the heat of his body, the smell of his expensive cologne and a tinge of smoke refusing to let go of the blanket you pull tighter around your chin.
”stay.” you say, and you look him in the eyes so forcefully he has no choice but to look back. you search his vermillion eyes for a sign of his thoughts. he looks away again, and runs a hand through his unkempt hair, hair you'd felt on the back of your neck only the night before.
“i can’t.”
bakugo lays the ultrasounds on your bed and steps back. “i’m a hero y/n, you know that. i dont got time for…it.”
“her,” you correct. us, you think. your heart sinks a little but a little voice in the back of your head taunts you. you knew he was using you. you used him back. yet you caved. look where that got you.
“yeah, her, whatever.” bakugo mumbles. his eyes are harder now, his expression stony. “im a hero y/n, i have duties, people to save, training to do. i dont have time for any of this. dont be selfish.”
“selfish?” you snarl, “shes yours and you know it. don’t give me this fucking bullshit. you have time. you had time when came over every night last summer. if you dont have time, then make some katsuki. for me,” your voice cracks a little here, “for her. for us.”
bakugo stares blankly at you, as if he couldnt hear what you were saying. shaking his head, he turns towards the door.
“im sorry y/n.”
and then he leaves.
i didn’t know if you’d care if i came back 。・:*:・゚☆

“I can’t believe you.”
You’ve heard these words from him before, but not like this. They usually drip like honey from his silver tongue, with faux and teasing disbelief weaved in and around them.
But right now, they sound cold, like a knife’s blade clinking against a glass table. He sounds hurt, you think, though you’re not sure what that sounds like coming from him.
“Well, hello to you too, Gojo.”
“Don’t call me that,” he immediately heaves, as if your words burned him like a child touching a hot stove, “what is going on with you?”
He stands a mere few feet away from you, but something far creakier than the wooden floorboards separates the space between the two of you, making it feel like lightyears rather than a few measly strides.
His blindfold is off, it’s the first thing you notice. You can see his eyes—they’re just as beautiful as they were when you left, but something about them now appears weary. Slightly bloodshot, sulking into the bags that weigh beneath his eyelids, he looks exhausted. You can only imagine the headache pounding away behind his flesh.
“Why didn’t you tell me you were back?” his question is desperate, almost as if he can’t believe he’s actually asking it to you right now.

“what’s it like?”
oikawa turns to you at the sound of your question, “what’s what like?”
“what’s it like being in love?”
the boy quirks a brow, “what do you mean?”
“i mean,” you pause, shuffling from your place on the couch to face him. “what’s it like to give your all to a person? to have someone that loves you with all their being? what’s it like to have a bond and a connection that seems as if it would never break? or to have a person who’s poured their heart and soul into you? who would do anything to see you happy and make you feel loved?” you pause, meeting the boy’s gaze realizing you’ve been basically asking him the same question for the past three minutes. “i mean if you know about it, i know you’ve had your fair share of relationships.”
he bit back a chuckle at how small your voice became, “that’s a tough question for me to answer.”
“but you’re more experienced than i am with it,” you reason.
“why because i’ve been in more relationships?”
”no because of the fangirls.”
and he laughs, “that’s adoration,” he notes. “adoration and love, while easily confused, are two different things.”
”alright then,” you wave off. “then tell me,” his gaze softens as he shuffles to face you. “what’s love like?”
“it’s,” he pauses, “it’s a feeling that you can’t really find anywhere else.”
“what do you mean?”
there’s a hint of curiosity in your voice, something that makes oikawa smile. contrary to you, his long time best friend, oikawa’s been in his fair share of relationships. some were long, others short flings, some serious ones, and then others that left just as fast as they came. he had watched you for years pine over other people wishing like the hopeless romantic that you are that you’d finally get your chance in love. he pauses for a moment before looking back at you. “do you know that moment where you have a puzzle and there’s only one piece missing?”
“okay,” you nod.
“and it turns out the puzzle piece fell on the floor, so you pick it up and then complete the puzzle.”
your brows knit in confusion, “that’s an odd scenario to compare love to.”
