Thinking about the fic/comic that I will definitely write (sure)
Just a simple Fiddlestan au where they met after the whole portal incident. Fids tells him the whole story, well…at least what he can remember. Stan is furious but also desperate.
Anyways at first Fids agrees to help him rebuild the portal, only then to remember what an actual horror it can bring to their world. Stan refuses to hear about the dangers, he needs his brother back.
Mcgucket has no other choice.
30 years after Stan finally remembered.

Rewatching HIMYM again and I have a fix it for the last season that will live in my head rent free forever:
Robin and Barney never divorce but instead adopt some dogs. Robin wanted to adopt five but was talked down to three. Barney instantly falls in love and insists on suiting them up every single day. He even has a closet for all their suits. Robin finds it freaking adorable.
Tracey never dies of cancer and grows old with Ted. She is the one that makes him grow up but not too much. She loves him for his flaws but she makes him realize that he does in fact have them and he loves her even more for it because she makes him a better man.
Marshall never becomes a judge because that was never his dream. He always wanted to help the environment and he eventually does that by finding his place as environmental lawyer, turning it into a sucess. Lily puts her art degree to good use by becoming an art teacher and encouraging people to pursue their dreams. They still have three kids.
And though they don't go to the bar as much as they used they try to get together as much as possible, switching between each other's houses with family dinners. No how much time passed between them whenever they would meet up it was as though time never passed at all.
Am I proud of myself?
Yes.
Definitely.
Absolutely.
forgotten confession..
i have so many of these ive made and never posted but im finally getting around to it
Imagine if you locked Light and Patrick Bateman in a room together. They would be having the most generic conversation but you wouldn’t be able to hear it over the sound of their overlapping internal monologues. There would be a few seconds where their monologues both play in sync to say something misogynistic.
