Tahitian and Powder Almond

miathetaiwanese: Both belonged to an elite Lapis Lazuli who is the best in her cut.

Tahitian:

Personality:

Tahitian is a defect pearl. She is larger in size(height between our Pearl and our Jasper). She is less intelligent, and has blue stripes all over her body.

Tahitian served as a belonging career and singer since she can’t perform complex tasks.

Tahitian has a very kind heart and can be very naive. She is nice to everyone around her and extremely obedient. She can be shy and timid because she’s afraid that she may make mistakes due to her intelligence. Tahitian is however very good at physical combat. Her physical form is also stronger than other pearls.

Weapon: A big sword which fits her straight forward tactics in fighting and strength.

Powder Almond:

Personality:

Powder Almond is extremely intelligent. She is very good at managing things and organizing events.

Powder served as an adivice provider and organizer to her Lapis. She also sings for her Lapis with Tahitian.

Powder is very uptight and straight forward. She does things precisely and can seem cold sometimes. She rarely smiles, unless she’s with Tahitian in private.

Weapon: An thin katana which fits her precise personality.

Backstory:

Tahitian was born defected and was originally going to be shattered. But her Lapis Lazuli took Tahitian in since she doesn’t need much help.

Tahitian didn’t have much feelings for her Lapis since her Lapis didn’t care too much for her.

Powder Almomd was gifted to the Lapis by White Diamond after Lapis successfully terraformed a tricky planet by herself. Powder then change her physical form to fit the blue court.

Powder didn’t like Tahitian very much at first since Tahitian doesn’t have the sharpest brain and makes mistake constantly. However, she slowly began to find Tahitian’s kindness and timid actions adorable. Tahitian saw Powder as someone to look up to even though she was intimidated by Powder at first.

The two pearls formed a strong bond as time goes on. Powder is absolutely in love. Tahitian is confused because love is too complicated to her, but she “likes Powder very very much.”

One time, they accidentally fused in front of their Lapis while singing for her. Lapis was furious. She believe that it was Tahitian’s fault and wanted to shatter her. Powder took Tahitian and fled away, stole a ship and flew to Jungle Moon.

They were soon taken by Red Abalone.

Tahitian fell for the caring facade of RA and is willing to live with other pearls. The naivety and obedience of Tahitian makes her one of the favorite of Red Abalone.

Powder saw right through the nature of Red Abalone. But she chose to play submission in order to protect Tahitian. The only thing she’s happy about is that the fact that Red Abalone allows them to fuse. The two are a perfect singing duo becausw they are very in sync.

Powder is plotting to run away with Tahitian. Hopefully Red Abalone wouldn’t find out…

SNB Pickles my beloved

“saLarry” and ship problems in the sally face fandom.

I know I’m gonna get alot of hate on this post but this has to be said.

Please read until the end.

There has been alot and alot of fans in the sally face fandom who are against the idea of shipping sal and larry together

Claiming that they are “brothers”

No. They are not.

People can ship whoever they want without having anyone annoying them and their art/edits or whatever they make about the ship.

As long as they’re not offending anyone, and as long as the ship isn’t illegal or disgusting For example : adult x kid

If you don’t like the ship that’s completely understandable. Just don’t go to people’s art and posts and spread negative comments or say rude stuff just because they ship something you don’t like.

Let’s talk abot saLarry for a moment shall we?

Sal and larry are NOT brothers.

They’re not related by blood, nor were they raised together by the same parents

Sal’s father and larry’s mother ( henry and lisa ) married each other when sal and larry were 17-22.

Sal and larry did not get raised by the same people or legally adopted by the other’s parent.

So technically they have no sibling relationship between them whatsoever. Either it was blood relation / adoption / or raised under the same roof.

Not to mention that steve gabry ( the creator of the game : sally face ) said that he has no problem at all with any ship in the game. as long as it’s appropriate. And he doesn’t mind people shipping saLarry together. Because they are not real brothers.

So basically there’s nothing wrong with shipping them at all.

No one has the right to write any negative comments or spread any negative energy in the shipper’s posts or arts or whatsoever.

As long as the shipper isn’t problematic and didn’t give you any harm. Respect them and their work.

If you don’t like the ship or the content they’re posting, simply unfollow them, block them, or click “not interested”. This way you’ll not see any content you don’t like to see and on the other hand, the creator will have the freedom to post and ship whoever they want without having anyone judging them for no reason.

I drew @24cr 's Red Abalone Mother of Pearl and Conch Pearl again, because the last time I drew them it looks pretty bad :p I just adore the character designs so much that I have to draw them again.

The double Conch pearl shows the confident, smug side, and the insecure, jealous side. Hope the interpretation isn't too out of character!
