AITA for freezing my on-again-off-again girlfriend in time?

Okay, look, I know it sounds weird. I know it like violates every law in the book. But here’s how it happened. I ([redacted], M) got really good at magic. Like, really good. And being good at magic isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. I’m lowkey kinda lonely.

So I meet this lady ([redacted], eldritch) and we hit it off really well. I mean, we can’t *always* be together, with me being omnipotent and like trying to make sure I don’t accidentally sneeze and create a new universe and with her just being kinda free spirited. But I really love her, even if I respect us not always being together.

So long story short something went horribly wrong. I wasn’t there but she was about to die. Like, really die. And I, I just couldn’t take it. I wanted to see her, just one last time, I didn’t want her to close her eyes just yet…

Anyways y’know that thing I said about sneezing? Yeah so, uh, those feelings *may* have frozen her in time. And now she’s mad at me, saying stuff like “the dream must end” and “my time has passed” and “you fucking idiot you fucked up big time”. And like look, I get it. I messed up. But I just wanted to see her again! And besides, how was I supposed to predict that would happen?

Anyways now she’s running a shop and not picking up my calls. Claims that my actions are going to cause trouble in the future or something. I realize I may have just doomed my descendants but like, it’s not really my fault, right? Idk anyways, AITA?

At this point i might be oversharing but who cares. Anyway, thumbs up for the painter who repainted him with no crown 👍
