alarm clock
before you go to sleep, simply tell your subconscious the time you want it to wake you up. for me i always do 7:27AM. every morning i look at my phone and it's 7:27AM. this proves subconscious intelligence to be real. AND every morning you will feel motivated and powerful.
make a list everyday
i found this by joseph alai on youtube. he says to make a list everyday of 5-10 random things you want to happen in the future.
some examples:
- a random person texts me by accident
- there was a thunderstorm
- someone gives me an unexpected gift
- someone dreams of me wearing a blue dress
don't just do this for 3 days and give up, this is a lifestyle. you do it everyday and soon you will see all of them get checked off. it might take months, weeks, days or hours but all of them will happen. and all that's required is writing them down once in a notebook.
program each day
every morning when you wake up, stay lying down and imagine yourself at the end of the day feeling so grateful for the amazing day you just had. this will program your day to go how you want it to go. and again will prove that you are controlling everything with your mind.
