my stereotypical trans name was elliot with the nickname as eli when i first came out back in 2020/2021

(i detransitioned due to transphobia but again, story for another day)

and it stuck with me

it isnt the name i use today but i use it in other ways

like the email i made when i came out includes it

i dont like it for me anymore but it was the name that helped me discover who i truly am

so

i dont mind the name elliot / eli

if i planned on changing my middle name,

id probably make it that

what i’ll probably do is tell people that my middle name is eli but not change it

my middle name means too much to my family, especially my mother that i cant imagine changing it

(but thats a story for another day)

I feel lucky that my pet became a meme that was not adopted and used by nazis. everyone that has told me they adore this meme is a cool person and not a scumbag loser. if she became the face of a crypto scam or the name of an illegal government entity id have a crisis

me and my cousin were joking around (one who knows im trans, btw)

we both decided to eat cereal at 11p. i had frosted flakes and shes having fruity pebbles

we’re both queer so i called her a fruity faggot just like her cereal (as one does)

and she said that i needed the cereal

and whenever we do jokes like this, you would claim to not be apart of a minority while you’re obviously apart of it (jokes goes: claim the other is a minority they’re apart and they deny it)

so i of course did the usual spiel of denying being queer and tried to say “im a straight woman” but i just…. couldnt.

yall i couldnt even jokingly lie about being cisgender 😭

i also stopped using ftm to describe myself. i kinda feel weird using that term for myself. i dont wanna refer to my previous identity to acknowledge my current one. no shame to others who do, though!
