(the first one is an old drawing i absolutely hate it) this is cadeo!! he is the one who created white :) he had a rlly bad life and uh he usually came to him for advice. he made white as a computer pet to help him with things and all

later he lost him due to a virus in his PC though ☺️✨

white lore thing :3 i created this a long time ago but then i took a small break, today i FINALLY finished it…

btw i hope i got the Vietnamese stuff right!! i used the most accurate translator i could find-

also, it looks a bit sucky in the beginning, but i PROMISE it gets much more better at the end. >_<

Something felt off. Very off.

A lot of tabs open in the browser app, most of them having something to do with therapy or math. Perhaps it was Cadeo struggling with homework, or… family. Many useless apps, half of them being “anti-virus” apps that really just stole your data.

So gullible.

White sat on the ground of the PC, thinking and calculating. All he could hear was that damn hissing coming from the files app. It was starting to get on his nerves but each time he checked, it was nothing.

The robot hummed, looking up at the screen. He overheard some arguing about “medicine” and money from the kitchen, which wasn’t new.

“You little brat. Do you know how much money we spend on this family?”

“Mom come on don’t blame Cadeo for all this, he’s only fiftee-“

Loud clattering of objects? Or was it something else? Either way it was bad. 

White sighed, looking away. His creators life was unfortunate, and he was a practical therapist for the traumatized 15 year old. But he was shoved aside when he actually offered good advice, like talking to a real person about it.

He knew Cadeo was too afraid to do it, but he only wanted to help. He wanted to make sure that his creator was safe, and not stuck in this—

“Hmh.”

The robot's head perked up. It was Cadeo, sitting in front of the screen and rubbing his eyes tiredly. He seemed stressed… 

White immediately stood up, his hands clasped at his lap. “C-Creator. I’m glad you're here. Can I assist you with anything today?” He stuttered, a faint smile playing on his lips.

Cadeo huffed, taking off his glasses and putting them on the desk. He ignored White’s words and instead opened another tab in his browser, typing some words into the search bar.

White couldn’t see what exactly Cadeo was typing, but he assumed it was just a simple search for something. Maybe pills.

Cadeo glared at White before looking back at the browser. “Are you okay? You look like you just lost a kid or somethin’.”

White blinked blankly, a bit surprised that Cadeo had finally spoken to him about something besides family issues and school. “I’m fine, creator. I’m just…”

He cut himself off, hesitating to finish.

“…Nevermind. Don’t worry about me, please.”

Cadeo raised an eyebrow, but he didn’t question it.

 White stood quiet, the hissing from the files seeming to become louder. It was very glitchy, which was… weird. Could it be a virus?

No. That was ridiculous— White himself was a stable anti-virus. His code was very clear and he was able to do the job of protecting well. But it was better to check…

He looked down, his sensors glowing. “Creator… There’s something I keep hearing. It’s a hissing sound, and it’s coming from your files app. Should I check?” 

Cadeo stopped moving his cursor, staying silent for a few seconds before speaking up. “Uhh.. No, it’s alright, I’ll check it out.” He grumbled, opening the Files app and opening some sections.

At first, things seemed well. Cadeo looked focused, so maybe he was getting rid of the file. That was good, right? White swallowed nervously and looked around, fiddling with his hands and fidgeting idly. He always had a habit of fidgeting…

Suddenly, Cadeo furrowed his brows. White looked up at him, a look of concern on his face. “Creator? Is something wrong?”

Cadeo huffed, rubbing his eyes. “White, are you honestly fuckin’ with me right now? I opened that file that you were talking about, there’s nothing. It’s probably your code acting up..” He put his glasses back on, straightening his posture. “Now stay quiet, I gotta study. Huge exam tomorrow…”

While the boy began to ramble on about how hard school was becoming, the white stickman in his computer simply looked away, lost in thought. The excuse that he always heard; “It’s probably your code acting up.” It was annoying at this point. It was like saying “It’s that time of the month, huh?” to a woman when she was angry.

He rubbed his arm, feeling how cold his skin was. It was expected, given the fact that he was made of metal. Well, coded. He could feel the energy in his body, the faint humming and whirring of his internal gear & system.

He was still worried. Cadeo was just a human, and White was—

“Holy shit.”

White’s breath hitched, his blue eyes widening. “What, what is it?” He immediately stood up, foot tapping against the ground. He expected an answer, but Cadeo scoffed, flicking his mouse and pulling specific files to the trash. “Nothing, alright? Go away, I’ll take care of this.” He muttered, gaining a nod from White.

White walked away from the screen, back turned to Cadeo. He heard clicks and the slight noises of Cadeo’s mouse moving & gliding against his desk, but those would quickly become quiet and fade as he walked further into the PC.

He hid behind a small app icon, sitting down and grabbing the nearby blue scarf. Torn, but still familiar. Cadeo told him that he got this item from someone close. But he didn’t know exactly who…

Cadeo groaned quietly to himself, muttering a few things in Vietnamese to himself. “Chết… Tôi cần phải học..” He squinted, making sure the whole thing was in the trash. For some reason, it only kept appearing again, even after he threw it in the trash. Huh.

He pulled away from the keyboard cautiously, leaning back into the desk-chair, hearing the muffled words of his mother cussing at his older siblings in her native language. “There you go. See, White? Told you.”

But just as he thought he had everything under control, a pop-up suddenly appeared. And then another one. Then, another. Another. One more. Cadeo’s eyes widening, his hands frantically moving towards the mouse and keyboard, closing each one. Even if he did tried closing it though, a few more popped up.

They had some weird photos and words— like “LOOK AT ME.” or some weird Morse Code— Cadeo gulped. “U-Uh- S-shit-!” He kept clicking on the keys of the keyboard beneath him, heart racing. Jeez, what the fuck was this?! He had dealt with viruses before, but this one was insanely powerful! It’s like it knew every one of his moves—

White hummed, hearing a few beeping sounds and Cadeo’s panicked exclaims. He turned, seeing the boy wide-eyed, all the while trying to close multiple tabs and pop-ups. “..Creator?!” He stood up, unease visible in his voice. “Creator, what’s—“

He got cut off, suddenly being thrown across the whole computer. He yelped, feeling his weak metal body bruise from the blunt impact. White hissed in pain, arms slightly cracked. “Agh, w-what the..” He looked up, his vision a bit blurry. He couldn’t see much, just some… black substance emanating from the corner of the PC, along with colorful static & glitches.

Cadeo gasped, his cursor disappearing. “WHAT THE-?!” He looked down at his keyboard, firmly clicking on keys. “White, stay back, I got this-“ He murmured, voice cracking in fear. “Christ on a stick, wh- what is..-?” 

He looked up at the corners of his computer, seeing that they were starting to blacken. What the fuck? What kind of self-destruct ass virus was this? Cadeo ran a hand through his hair, seeing White trembling and scarred on the other side of the PC. For a minute, he felt bad… bad for the small, fragile robot.

White couldn’t exactly protect himself nor Cadeo, he didn’t know how to take care of something that was as bad as this. So he just had to sit there, relying on his creator for help. Because he truly believed that he was weak, that he couldn’t do anything… that all he had was his intelligence.

The robot scratched at his skin, leaving angry dark blue marks in its wake, tears pricking at his eyes as he watched everything go down, the apps slowly deleting and the files crashing, leaving pop-ups. He shouldn’t be doing this. He shouldn’t be crying, shaking in fear while his dear creator panicked.

He should be protecting the computer. But his guts were telling him to stay for his own safety. Mind screaming at him to run and attack the problem, heart racing. He couldn’t stand up. Each time he tried to speak, a choked sob would escape his throat, or nothing would come out.

What would happen to him? To his creator? To the computer? Was he going to die? Was he going to fail Cadeo? Should he do something or follow Cadeo’s orders? Was he a burden?

Was he…

Enough?

Cadeo leaned back, eyes wide with panic and hope that he had lost.

“…White.”

White looked up at him, sensors glowing brightly in the now dim computer. “..yes..?” He murmured, voice breathy and full of misery. He was truly miserable. Cadeo let out a breath, putting on his glasses. “You know, you're a really cool guy.” He chuckled, making a small smile creep onto White’s lips.

White sniffled. “Creator… why did you stop? Why aren’t you doing anything? S-Surely there has to be a way..?” He looked around, seeing that half of the computer was engulfed in ebony substance, while vivid static sparked in the air. The human looked down.

“Hm.. yeah. But there’s nothing I can do now, White. I started up the anti-virus program— You know, the one that pretty much got rid of every virus in my computer? It… didn’t work. It’s still loading. 99 percent now.” He began fidgeting with a pencil on his desk, absentmindedly scribbling over a nearby piece of paper. Cadeo knew he was probably making White worry more.

“…maybe it’s a troll. Remember when we got-“ He looked up, seeing that White wasn’t there anymore. What? Cadeo blinked. “White? Wh-“ He saw the small stickman from the corner of his eye, seeing it… in the air?

White groaned and hissed, attacking the source of it. It seemed to be hiding like a sneaky little thing, like it was a criminal hiding from the police. He was struggling and straining, trying to push it towards the trash, the amount of gravity in the computer making both creatures hover.

Before, he had done a quick calculation. Throwing just the file away would only put you into a loop, constantly trying to get rid of it, hence making the situation worse. But if you attack the source of it all and try to put that into the garbage app… maybe it would be gone.

It was a very small chance, but it was worth trying. After all, he didn't want to be seen as a meek, weak robot. In Cadeo’s eyes, that’s all he ever was. Just a stupid…

Weak…

Assistant.

He felt a fresh feeling surge through his body, power dropping to his arms. He roared, pushing with newfound strength. But that didn’t help. They were too strong. With a snicker, the creature’s glitchy body began to glow a bit brighter. Like it was the sun, appearing after a storm.

And with a push, White was sent back, his battered and frail body being hurled through air. At first, he didn’t know where he was. All he saw was… black. Was he dead? Did his end finally come? Haha…

Finally.

He shivered, his eyes suddenly opening, the robot stirring awake. At first, he honestly thought he was still in Cadeo’s PC. That it was all a dream he had, or a hallucination, or just.. just anything but reality. What even happened? He couldn’t process it all.

White grunted, trying to lift his arms but being unable to. There was a deep cut on the back of his head, showing bloody blue wires. He felt… something soft beneath him. And if he listened really closely while also ignoring the constant beeping in his audio processors, he could hear.. chirping.

A bird’s chirping.

Though, he didn’t have much time to know where he was. Hell, he couldn’t even stand now. He simply closed his eyes again, feeling the cold air against his cracked limbs. And then… he passed out.
