YES. Tokyo Debunker (the actual game) is literally nothing like the ads btw. I don't know why they even have these ads if they're gonna be so inaccurate.

Tokyo Debunker is a visual novel, basically. It follows a girl (you can name, bc ur the MC) who gets cursed by the supernatural, and the only thing that could've been a quick 'cure' doesn't work bc the curse is too strong.

I'm being purposefully vague to avoid possible spoilers btw. But from there the game is a lot like Twisted Wonderland, if you've played that. If not, basically you get sent to magic college and aren't allowed to leave for IMPORTANT REASONS.

And there's the story:

There are a bunch of mysteries lore wise as the game isn't finished, but trust me when I say it's REALLY interesting.

Also, the translations of some lines are comedy gold.

So when I say ignore the ads when considering playing the game, I mean IGNORE THE ADS. There is not a single pixel within those ads that even remotely reflects the game.

So, the Kudan either means MC is the tragedy, or MC will stop the tragedy. Likely stop, as it says Champion SINGULAR, but this is... It's clearly pointing towards IS. And by pointing to, I mean explicitly stating it. But this game has also explicitly stated several things that turned out to be lies, so still.

Sorry, I love this shot, cuz u have an actual member of the staff walking around giving a tour, being trailed by a curious girl, a salty-as-hell teenage boy in a lab coat with toothpaste colored hair, and Frankensteins apathetic monster who looks like a serial killer from a horror movie ten minutes before they decide to go serial killer.

First of all, missing injection needles??? That clearly has very much to do with us. Like that's absolutely a concern, considering undocumented injection is kinda the name of the game here.

... So, hold on. If that's the case, why did a demon take Luca's brother? And why do demons make pacts? For a side effect, Luca's demon seems pretty adamant on killing him. Actually, why would Luca be so confident his brother isn't dead? And that the demon is keeping him somewhere? Whatever, loving the exposition either way, not loving that Darkwick literally did lie about the ghouls, but i'm loving the exposition.
