yall. i was going through some of cc's old newsletters, and on the one of april 8th (for me, might be like 9th or 7th for yall??) last year (2024), so exactly one year ago, she was talking abt when shed get the books she was working on released. she also mentioned how itd been sold tot the publisher around october the year before that (which is when she was able to get started writing). and one thing she said was that it takes at least 1 year to write a book. its been a year since she said that.... over a year since she was able to get started....

so, in conclusion, cc is, at the very least, relatively close to finishing tlkof.

now, i saw another post point out that the tsc books have had a trend of the main ship(s) kissing in the first book (dont quote me on this, i havent checked, im just trusting the post.)

He looks like a demon bc of the possession - its taking away his humanity.

Hes on a throne bc he doesnt realise hes possessed, and thinks hes happy - like ragnor, who didnt seem like he was some sort of puppet completely and stuff. like he doesnt realise smth is wrong now, w him being all happy.

So, yeah. dream analysis over!

ok, reading tlbotw and yk whats rlly sus? magnus feeling fine. like not just saying he is, but actually feeling it. cause, yk, he just got stabbed by some magical evil demon thorn sword and is now... oozing magic? regardless its weird, especially considering they have a CHILD and magnus should be tired from that, and even mentions before how max's sleep schedule does not match up w him and alec's. and on top of that, cassie mentions it multiple times.

theres this one particular time that made me go from "thats sus" to "thats RLLY sus", which is where the book goes, "“I feel fine,” he said, and realized he was telling the truth. Predicting that in the last shadowhunter (tls? tlsh?) they close the openings/rifts/whatever that allow demons to get through. That's why its called the last sh, bc they wont need sh after that
