When you start crying when you think about going to your kid's event the next day because you just feel so damn awkward/alienated and no one is horrible to you but you just have that gut feeling that a good amount of people there just really dislike you and your honestly not sure if that dislike includes your kiddos or if you're just overthinking things because of the reasons. And you are almost fucking 40 years old and you feel like you should be better at all of this by now
