have you been feeling pretty sluggish lately? life seems to be moving so fast, that you can't even keep up? you want to do things but just seem to not have the energy to do so? do you feel like you are stuck in a loop? the same days play out over and over, wake up, school, come home, crash in bed, scroll for hours, and then feel guilty for being so unproductive while your pile of work keeps increasing. sometimes it feels like life is just not playing out in the way you want anymore. it feels like you have lost control. you're spiralling, falling face first. everything feels so hopeless but then- you, yes you, decide to get your life together. for how long are you going to live like this? and that is how the metamorphosis started. 𖦹ࡇ𖦹 step one : accepting where you are right now yes, you heard that right. pause for a second. take a deep breath. look around you. the state of your bed. your books. your skincare products. your yoga mat. your screentime. your to-do list. tune into your body and just accept your current lifestyle. ⋆ if this makes you feel sad, don't worry you can change! ⋆ if you feel motivated to get better, great! this is how you can save a wasted day : 𝜗𝜚 take a nice long shower, wash your hair, do your skincare and a facemask. put on your fav cute outfit, state one thing you love about yourself and compliment yourself on it. then if you feel like you want to, complete one task from your to-do list. or if you feel like you aren't ready yet, complete atleast 1% of something. choose your outfit for tmrw. or read one page of a book. meditate for 5 minutes. switch off your phone for 15 minutes. just do anything which makes you feel alive. and then rest. the sun will rise again.
(˶ˆᗜˆ˵) step two : coming up with a game plan now that you are aware of your current lifestyle, make a list of all the things that you do/experience which drains your energy and those things which make you feel happy. for eg - energery drainers : doomscrolling, comparing myself to others energy replenishers : going for a walk, dancing to fav music now after you have created that list, choose one habit from each category. it is advisable to start slow as it prevents burnout + making yourself feel overwhelmed. starting with easy habits will help you trust yourself more and thus will make this journey a lot more fun. remember you don't need to get better overnight. this is a journey! now an example of a gameplan for your first week could be like this : habit : doomscrolling (habit to quit) replace with : dancing to fav music wake up 30 mins earlier and go to bed 30 mins earlier (habit to cultivate) slowly you can add more and more habits that you wish to nurture and delete those nasty habits which deplete your energy !!!! okay so now that you have a gameplan, how do you stay motivated? ✩࿐࿔ step three : how to make life feel more vibrant by romanticizing everything romanticizing life is one way to totally switch up the narrative as it helps you feel like the main character. id really suggest to have atleast some sort of platform where you can store your progress. you could take cute pictures and add cute songs and post them on instagram or blog abt it on tumblr. or if you are a shy person, you could create a private acc with 0 followers and track your progress there. every problem has a solution babygirl! so don't give in to your excuses. you could also make a new playlist and listen to songs which make you feel like your highest self. listen to it when you feel down. tap into your creative side. create things and share it with the world. you will feel 10x times better i promise. ‧₊ ᵎᵎ 🍀 ໒꒱ step four : believe in yourself sometimes.. life is just difficult. and you have no energy to do anything. so let yourself be. rest. crash out. cry. but promise me that you will always get back on your feet, no matter what. its okay to pause and step back. you can always start again. life can always change for you. but its up to you. nothing changes if nothing changes. so, what now?
if it’s meant for me, I will have it. if it isn’t, I’m prepared to receive something even better.

Daily stretching
Prayer, gratitude, journaling, etc
Eat a healthy, nutritious diet
Reduce internet time and start physical hobbies (e.g. art, dance, surfing, gardening, etc)

Lmao I this tip will work for me perfectly 🤭
*ೃ༄ ɴᴇɢᴀᴛɪᴠᴇ.ɪᴍᴘᴀᴄᴛ.ʀᴀɴᴛ. ʚ♡ɞ
a tip for people who like affirming and visualizing, use your negative thoughts to your advantage.
example- when i was manifesting having long hair, I found that using affirmations that sounded natural to me worked the best. I started out by affirming my hair goes to my stomach, but the more i kept affirming it, I was like ugh it’s so annoying how my hair catches on everything because it’s so long. I wanna cut my hair because it’s so long. I hate how my fingers get tangled in my hair cause it’s long. I hate brushing my hair because it’s so long.
and guess what, by the next day my hair was down to my waist.
then I kept thinking more and more about why complaining about the thing I wanted worked better for me.
What I found was it was the implication that mattered more than the phrasing of the words. This is why umbrella affirmation work for everyone regardless of their desires, because they imply they have what they want: whether it’s rent money or a five month cruise trip to the Bahamas.
The words don’t matter, the picture doesn’t matter, what journals and pen you use when you script doesn’t matter, the subliminal maker doesn’t matter.
WHAT.MATTERS.IS.YOU.IMPLYING.YOU.HAVE.WANT.YOU.WANT.
complaining about the thing that i wanted implied I already had it. The implication is just as powerful as consistent repetition.
So complain about shifting everytime you close your eyes, complain about shifting everytime you think of your dr.
So complain about manifesting everything you want instantly to the point you don’t even want anything anymore. complain about every method working, every part of your life being perfect.
go live your dream life, and if you’re doomscrolling on tumblr rn looking for the magic technique or affirmation, do this one thing for me. Get off your phone and set a timer, and while that timer is going, just complain nonstop about having everything you want.
♡
I’m so committed to the pretty girl life that I always get dolled up, even when I’m just going to the grocery store at 10am. When you set a standard for how you like to present yourself to the world, no event is too small to look your best.
Do you ever feel like SHIT? Like life is moving so fast, and you’re stuck, tired, or completely drained? cuz same 🙋🏻♀️. That’s why I started looking into Japanese and Chinese habits—because I'm searching for slow down type of lifestyle, finding balance, and creating small moments of peace in the dawm chaos. Now, I know some of y’all will say, 'It’s overrated, you’re just obsessed with China or Japan,' but hear me out these habits aren’t about trends—they’re rooted in centuries and they’ve genuinely helped me improve both physically and mentally. If you’re ready to stop just surviving and start thriving, keep reading. These little changes might just change your life too.
First off, warm water in the MORNING. I used to roll out of bed and go straight for coffee or cold ass water cuz my throat is DRYYYY , and honestly, my body hated me for it fr. But then I read about how in Chinese medicine, drinking warm water first thing in the morning is seen as a way to wake up your body gently. And let me tell you, IT WORK. No bloating, no sluggishness—just a simple, calming way to start the day. Sometimes I add a slice of lemon, and it feels like I’m doing something kind for my body before I even check my phone
Two Ikigai.( I talked Abt Ikigai and how to achieve this concept click here!) Japanese concept changed the way I see my day-to-day life. It’s basically finding purpose in the little things—like, not waiting for some huge life-changing moment to feel fulfilled. I used to put so much pressure on myself, thinking I needed to achieve these massive goals to be happy. But Ikigai taught me to slow down and find joy in small things, like enjoying my morning tea or journaling. It’s a game-changer for anyone who feels like they’re always chasing something bigger.
Another thing I’ve started doing is Tai Chi or qing gong. I know I know—it looks slow and kind of boring, but hear me out. It’s like moving meditation, and if you’re someone who struggles with anxiety (like meeey), this will center you like nothing else. It’s not about burning calories or anything like that; it’s about connecting your body and mind in the most peaceful way. Even just 10 minutes a day leaves me feeling lighter and more focused. (Click here to watch a video of it) When I first started, I thought, 'This is way too slow for me.' But then something clicked. The slowness is the point. It forces you to focus on your breathing, your posture, and every little movement. It’s like a moving meditation that clears your mind while strengthening your body.

Add free classes to your calendar this month just in case you don’t have anything to do. Stay busy, stay focused. Work on things like resume building, budgeting, home improvement, styling, etiquette, speech. There are so many free classes. I love Alison! It’s totally free. I know coursera charges a small fee but they do provide minimal free classes. Amazon has free workshops every month. I mean…there’s also YouTube University and Google High (google literally has $39 dollars a month for over hundreds of classes with google certified certificates they gave you!) or look in your area for free classes to attend- Facebook is a huge tool! lol like add it to your calendar even if it’s an instagram live with your fave content creator. The more knowledge you obtain=the more inspired you will be=the more you will enhance your life!
