After I finished the first drawing (with YCH bc bruh, proportions), I thought to myself "tattoos are boring to draw." and just after "WHAT IF IT SHINES EVERYWHERE ???"

And it happened. All the neon parts are hand made, and I had to draw on the same line 5 or 6 times to give the effect. I HAD VERY GOOD MOMENTS.

But the most annoying were the little dots.
