I hope this gets taken up by mainstream media and makes the front page of the Daily Mail. I also hope they show all the photos with the varying bump sizes (eg almost flat going in, ready to give birth once she is inside) and not just this one. Comparing the pics to those of actually pregnant women is the best way to see how fake they are.
