I also think that Batman would loose his credibility if he starts killing like he already has an image and lines he said he would not cross. If he started to cross does lines on his own not only will he ruin what he build but also his relationship with Jim Gordon and other heroes will be in jeopardy too.

Like I simply do not buy it. Murder is not a potato chip Bruce. I think he is full of shit and a messy bitch who lives for the drama. I am certain Bruce has some kind of valid reason for not killing, but I don't believe that this is it.
