If you do want methods, I recommend you to the distraction method by @luckykiwiii101 or the wim hof pink breath method by rima shifting on TikTok and @voidprincessblog there were so many success stories with these both! And use my dream life subliminal or my void state subliminal or even both! And say askfirmations like “why do I always get into the void”
Just relax focus on black behind your eyes let thoughts pass and don’t focus on the dang thoughts just let them pass omg! don’t focus on your body or symptoms like just relax that’s the WHOLE POINT OF MEDITATION! then once you feel relaxed floaty and her nothing and are in a black space (or whatever your void looks like!) just affirm for your dream life or whatever you want and BOOM! and here’s a tip! If you have annoying negative thoughts, assume that your negative thoughts will get you closer to your goal! That’s why I have success with my subliminals because I did just that with my subliminals! I put affirmations that will make you manifest/void state no matter what!
Just please understand the void state is easy! It’s the delta state!! We get in every single freaking night we aren’t aware of it!! But we always enter wether you like it or not!
You guys always be like: “why haven’t I entered the void!” The whole point of law of assumption is to assume and KNOW ITS EASY! BUT YOU DONT EVEN REALLY HAVE TO ASSUME BECAUSE THE VOID STATE IS GENUINELY EASY IN ITSELF!
A tip from @graychrissy and what I also have said is to ignore your thoughts and just let them pass! Pretend you’re observing someone else’s thoughts but they aren’t you! It’s not hard at all!! That’s how that one anon entered the void state and manifested something! Because they just went with the flow!!
It’s just like having a job! Yes, you’re there for money but at the same time, you’re just letting the money follow! And then when you get your paycheck you are like “dang I didn’t know I had this much!” Just go with the flow and let go! We have been saying this countless of times even NEVILLE has been saying that!!
Personally I think that the wim hof pink breath method, yoga nidra, the distraction method and the normal way of entering the void are the most effective!
And if you get into the void state and you realize that you’re scared to manifest your dream life, just say “I always enter the void state instantly no matter what” and then you can get into the void state instantly no matter what! So then you can prepare yourself!

So, i know some people cant imagine waking up in a whole different reality, just like how they cant imagine waking up the next day and being at a different time.
Let me give u an example cuz ik i dont make sense: Sometimes, when im sitting down at lets say, 3PM, i can’t imagine being at 5PM the next day
is believing that your gonna go to a different reality kinda like that? like how sometimes you cant thunk that you’ll be at a different time in this world? sorry if this dont make sense

hellooo anonie!! i think i understand what you're saying and i think it makes sense and it is a fair comparison to make.
in a way, yes. some people find it hard to imagine them living a whole different life in another reality and it can be like trying to imagine themselves experiencing the next day at a certain time.
there are slight differences of course. people may have difficulties believing they're going to wake up in a whole different reality because it's can be a very far-fetched idea, and even though their dr-self is already living life in that reality right now, as we speak, it can be hard to actually believe they'll wake up in that reality when they've never experienced it before. it can also be due to societal conditioning: reality shifting goes against everything we've been told about society and our experiences in general (e.g. being told that we only have one life and we only got one chance at life).
while the other is just trying to imagine yourself the next day at a certain time and what you would be doing. you can't exactly tell the future and you don't know what you're going to be doing at that time.
however, some people may think otherwise. some people are able to visualise themselves at a different time in this reality and what they could be doing, while others may struggle.
reality shifting and it as a practice is subjective and differs between person to person. and if this comparison fits for you and makes sense to you, then so be it :)
on the flip side, believing you'll wake up in another reality is kind of like the same feeling of you knowing you'll wake up here in this reality. when you go to sleep at night, you usually expect you'll wake up here in this reality. that is what you believe. that is your assumption. you are familiar with this feeling and just know you'll wake up in this reality because you it's something you assume. you don't need any proof that you'll definitely wake up in this reality, you just know and trust you will. it's a familiar thing and we've most likely been doing it our whole lives.
you might not even feel anything or have a certain feeling to it. but, deep down, you have the assumption and knowing that you'll wake up in this reality, and so you do. but this time with shifting, you're switching that assumption and knowing that you will wake up in your desired reality. and you will, because that's something you assume. and some people might struggle with switching their assumptions, because it can be difficult to believe that they'll wake up in a whole other reality that they've never experienced before.
it can be a far-fetched idea. something people find difficult to assume and accept it to be true. it can also be like imagining yourself living life in another country you've never been to before. you find it difficult to fathom yourself being there, because you've never been there before.

"Hold a thought for as little as 17 seconds; there's enough attraction power in that consistent thought. If you can get across that 68-second mark, and even beyond, everything else will take care of itself."
── the 17-second rule states that manifestation process begins once a singular thought has been held for 17 seconds. in other words, law of attraction kicks in after 17 seconds of a sustained singular thought, and the manifestation of that thought begins after 68 seconds.
in case you haven't heard about the 17-second rule, it is a fascinating concept that suggests that just 17 seconds of focused pure thinking can kickstart a process of manifestation. in this post we will explain what this rule is all about and how it can change our lives.
so, what exactly is the 17-second rule? well, it's based on the idea that our thoughts have a powerful influence on our reality, as we already know it. according to this rule, if we can hold onto a pure singular thought for as little as 17 seconds without doubting it or introducing resistance, it starts to attract more positive energy. this initial 17 seconds is like lighting a spark – it ignites the process of manifestation.
but it doesn't stop there. if we can extend our focus to 68 seconds – just a little over a minute – the momentum of that pure thought becomes even stronger. then you've reached a point where your desired outcome begins to materialize.
but what is a pure thought?

that pure thought doesn't even have to be strong, it just has to be singular.
this means that when you're trying to make something happen in your life through focused thinking, you need to have complete focus. your thought for those 17 seconds doesn't have to be positive or negative, it just needs to be clear and focused.

according to Hicks, when we focus on a positive thought for 17 seconds, we reach a "combustion point" where the energy of that thought begins to build. by continuing to focus for 68 seconds, we've fully activated the process of manifestation, and our desired outcome starts to materialize in the 3d.
now, you might be thinking, "is this for real?", 'it sounds too good to be true." well, take in a consideration that the average human attention span is only about 8 seconds. so, if we can double that and maintain our focus for 17 seconds, it's already a huge achievement. and if we can push it to 68 seconds, we've accomplished something truly amazing.
in conclusion, the 17-second rule is a simple yet profound idea that reminds us of the immense power we hold within our minds. by harnessing the energy of pure thoughts and maintaining our focus, we can truly transform our reality quickly.
