transreads.org is a fantastic resource for queer literature and history, and the best part is that it's FREE! There's no excuse to be ignorant when the information is being handed to you like this.
Leslie Feinberg also has all of hir works free online if you are particularly interested in lesbian history and literature. They are available as downloadable PDFs, and I believe they are on the internet archive aswell.
transreads.org also has a great section on Palestinian queer literature if that's something that interests you, it's important that we learn about queerness outside of America. I've dabbled in a few of these books and essays and poems and they're very cool! I really do enjoy learning about queerness in other cultures, I hope you all can find joy in that too!!
if you have any good queer resources that you'd like to share pls comment or add it to a reblog!! I'll probably make a bigger masterpost later, or perhaps a Google document.
advice to the young lesbians out there: who you actually are as a person is infinitely more interesting, endearing, and overall better than trying to emulate some fabricated persona of the ideal cool lesbian you see online. be silly. be goofy. have a unique sense of style. like weird things. be loud. be awkward. be dorky. we’re LESBIANS. we didn’t get into this business to try to conform and look like the cool kids. that’s never what we’ve been about.

I finally got this print scanned & tidied up a bit! I have a few Real and Beautiful hand-pulled prints remaining (including a couple of discounted ones that are slightly off-center) (dm me!) but you can also buy digitally printed prints at my inprnt shop!
some of y’all need to learn more compassion for adults who are severely mentally ill or disabled… like schizophrenics who still depend on their family members and probably always will have to, autistic people who live in group homes, people with bipolar disorder who attend partial inpatient programs, etc…. people who couldn’t get college degrees, who can’t work. not everyone is like you.
everyone loves dominant knights. this is perfectly fine, i see the appeal. however.
i looove knights who are deadly on the field, extremely capable, strong and competent, but desperate to put it down, just for a moment, and be taken care of. knights who have handlers to relax them, to bring them back down from the excitement of battle and training until their fried nerves give out. knights who look up with puppydog eyes and trust their handler implicitly, without complication or doubt.
(and, it goes without saying, knights who fall to their knees and take what they're given, who say thank you for everything they receive, who obey without hesitation. following orders feels good, after all-- why should it be any different in their quarters than on the field?)
