One day in the Third Age, she was exploring the shores of Middle-earth when she saw a solitary figure wandering in front of her. He sung mournful melodies, his fingers plucking the strings of his harp.

"Maglor," she breathed softly, then took off in a run towards him. "Maglor!"

Freezing at the sound of his name, the mournful notes of his harp faded into silence. He turned slowly, his eyes wide and filled with disbelief as he caught sight of you. “It cannot be,” he murmured, his voice breaking like a fragile thread. But when you reached him, your arms wrapped tightly around him, he clutched you as though you might vanish, his harp slipping from his fingers to the sand. “You found me,” he whispered, his voice hoarse, trembling. “After all this time...you found me.”

Celebrimbor’s cries when the illusion was lifted and he could see how his beautiful city, his new forge were being destroyed, with the theme of Eregion echoing against the sinister music was probably one of the best scenes of TROP in this season.

What actually happened during the Siege on Eregion

Orc: Look there boys, we are gonna tear down this monument of this pretty looking elf with long hair and a shiny jewel I his hand. No stoping us!!!

Elrond and Gil-Galad thinking back to all the drama Feanor caused: Sure. Go on.

Orc: ???

Gil-Galad: Well, two of his sons tried to usurp my father back in Nargothrond.

Elrond: Yeah, and two others were the reason why my mum suffered from PTSD and threw herself of a cliff. Actually, Feanor himself was known as a jerk, and most of the drama of the F.A. was because of him.

Orc: Alright, lads, let’s get warm burning some random parchment!

Elrond: NO! DO NOT TOUCH THE SCROLLS OF CELEBRIMBOR, greatest of Elven Smiths!!!! I will give you my life and the High- Kings, just don’t touch them!
