¿Como le hago para dejar de depender emocionalmente de alguien que me lastimó?

Lo mas recomendable es que tengas una distancia de esa persona y tengas contacto mínimo (si es posible ningún contacto) para que puedas superarla mientras sigues con tu vida haciendo las cosas que te den independencia emocional. La independencia emocional se logra cuando tu mismo te haces feliz por cosas que la gente normalmente se siente feliz cuando otro las hace, por ejemplo: salir a pasear tu solo, ir al cine y ver una película tu solo, comprarte un helado y llevarte a pasear, hacer cosas especiales por ti, etc. Estar cerca de la persona que te causo tanto dolor solo te hará sentir herido, confundido y probablemente vuelvas a caer en brazos de esa persona por la costumbre a estar con ella, lo cual queremos evitar.
