A state is your beliefs, your attitude and where you dwell. Thoughts and actions are determined by your state. There are infinite states. Everyone, including you, is always in a state, whether it be desired or not. But remember that you can ALWAYS change states no matter what. In fact, states change often within a day! Keep in mind, states are NOT emotions! You donβt need emotions to manifest, you just need to be in the state that matches you having your desire. Lastly, techniques don't manifest but your state does.

Look at your 3D reality; external reality. What do you see? Whatever you see, whether itβs undesired or desired, is your state. Use your physical reality (3D) as a guide to see what states you are in. You can also check your inner conversations to see what state it implies.
Letβs identify your state as of right now regarding your desire. I want you to be completely honest β donβt be defensive and donβt make any excuses: What are your thoughts usually? Are you the person that has your desires and naturally thinks like: "I am so grateful for having what I want, etc." OR are you the person that is trying to get their desire and naturally thinks like: "I did all these methods, I affirmed, it should work. but where is it? why isn't it working? let me watch more videos on how to manifest, let me ask blogs for help, etc." β As I said before, thoughts and actions like the ones above are determined by your state. It doesn't matter if you did SATs, it doesnβt matter if you affirmed for 1 hour, it doesnβt matter what technique you used, because if you are still in the state of lack then it only means that you are ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR DESIRE; and when you are in a state of lack, your desires will not show up in the 3D, because as within, so without.
But hey, donβt beat yourself up if you have been persisting in the state of lack. Itβs okay. Letβs focus on changing states!
β Don't condemn yourself for the state into which you have fallen. If you don't like it, move into another. Don't feel sorry for yourself, for if you do, you will make the state a habit and remain there for the rest of your days on earth. 1. PICK A STATE β΅
- Have a clear goal in mind and know what state is connected with having it. For example, if youβre manifesting a car, then you should be in the state of a car owner. Another example is if youβre manifesting to have kids / get pregnant, you should be in the state of a mom. And so on β¦
2. EMBODY IT: live in the end or knowing β΅
Living in the end or knowing should not feel like βpretending.β You live in the end or knowing when you know that you have your desire and you think and act as the person that has it already. You stop obsessively thinking about it, you stop trying to get it and you stop noticing the lack of it in the 3D. I recommend you to often ask yourself βif my desire was here now, would I be doing this or thinking this?β Lastly, you can use techniques / methods to help you live in the end or knowing (SATs, interview method, etc β¦) You can live in the end or knowing without techniques. However, it helps people a lot to live in the end / knowing, so I recommend it!
- regarding techniques: βοΈ do not see them as techniques, but see them as reality. for example, SATs; when you do SATs, you shouldnβt see it as just visualizing your desire, but as something you know is reality, like the shirt youβre wearing; you know youβre wearing it. Another example, affirming; don't affirm with the intention of making it happen because you are not affirming in order to get something, affirming is you declaring you having your desire. You should have that same knowing / βfeeling it as realβ while you do any technique!
β You must mentally adjust your thoughts to proceed from the desired state, all within yourself. You fell into your present state either deliberately or unwittingly; and because you are its life, the state became alive and grew like a tree, bearing its fruit which you do not like. Its fruit may be that of poverty, or distress, heartache, or pain. There are all kinds of unlovely fruit. But you can detach yourself from your unlovely harvest by making an adjustment in your human imagination. β - Neville Goddard
3. PERSIST β΅
Listen man, you gotta apply and persist, because at the end of the day, only YOU can get yourself out of the undesired state. Itβs not your fault for how things are now, but you have to take responsibility to pick yourself up and put in the work to reach your desires. You have all the tools and information available, but if you arenβt willing to put in the simple work and keep persisting, then you will remain in the undesired state.οΏΌ So, continue persisting and you shall get in your desired state. Even if it feels unnatural, keep persisting. Neville himself has said that it will at first be unnatural, but if you persist, it will become natural, SO PERSIST!
β Now most of us, knowing what we want, construct it in our minds eye, but never occupy it. We never move into the state and remain there. I call this perpetual construction, deferred occupancy. I could dream of owning a lovely home and hope to go there one day; but if I do not occupy it now, in my imagination, I postpone it to another day. I may wish my friend had a better job. I may have imagined him having it; but if I don't occupy that state by believing he is already there, I have merely constructed the state for him but not occupied it. All day long I can wish he or she were different; but if I don't go into the state and view him from it, I don't occupy the state, so he remains in the unlovely state relative to me. 4. YOUR STATES CHANGE β΅
This isnβt really a step, but just the result of steps 1-3! Your state will naturally change after living in the end or knowing and when you persist in that state, your desire will come into fruition in the 3D. How do you know if you changed your state? Well, youβll completely become the person that HAS the desire. Your first and last thought will naturally be in line of having that desire. Your daily thoughts, not affirming but your autopilot thoughts, will be as if you have your desire. You will notice yourself naturally making room for your desires. You don't question or feel weird about any of this. The feeling of knowingness is heavily present, just like how you know your name, how you know youβre wearing a shirt right now, etc. From that state you will no longer notice lack, and you won't feel the need to do techniques.
Before anyone says something like: βIβm expressing a state of success, yet I am still not successful πβ β¦ Um. No. You are not expressing a state of success because you are still dwelling in a state of unsuccessfulness; this applies to any desire, not just success!

β I simply mean a certain attitude of mind. Well, I mean that state or that attitude of mind to which I must constantly return constitutes my dwelling place. And so I dwell in it. So if night after night I dwell in the feeling of feeling sorry for myself, thatβs my state. β
β So, when I speak of states I am speaking of states of consciousness, attitudes of mind which create a body of belief. β
β I urge you to use your own wonderful creative power and deliberately move into the state of your choice. Make it now by occupying the state long enough so that it feels natural. Haven't you had a suit of clothes that felt so new you were conscious of them every moment? I know when I bought my first suit I walked down Fifth Avenue thinking everyone I passed knew my suit was new. People passing paid no attention to me, but I was so aware, so conscious of my new suit. That's exactly that happens when you move into a new state. If the state of affluence is new, you think everyone knows it, but no one knows or cares whether you are rich or poor, so walk in the state until it becomes natural. The moment the feeling is natural, wealth is yours! β

β I paid thirty dollars for my first suit. Today a suit will cost me $200.00, but regardless of the cost, when the suit is new I am aware of it. β How do you get out of a state? Through belief! You must believe in the doctrine. You are told: "Whatsoever you desire, believe you have received it and you will." β
β Disengage yourself from the whole vast belief that you formerly entertained, and hold on in your imagination to the concept that you ARE the man that you want to beβ¦ For you will RESSURECT and make alive the state that began only as a concept. If you remain faithful to the concept you will be led right into the fulfillment of that state. It is called, in the Bible, re-birth. β

I will assume that I am now the person that I want to be; and assuming it, I will know if Iβm really persuaded by the feeling of certainty that it inspires in me. according to neville goddard, the sabbath is a state of mental rest that follows after you have successfully adapted to the mindset of having your wish fulfilled. it is the interval between changing your thoughts in the 4D and your thoughts materializing in the 3D. it is the timeframe of resting and knowing that all the mental work is done. basically, itβs the mental state that coexists once and after you are in the state of knowing. you know and therefore you rest. creation is finished.

when you enter the sabbath, it means that you donβt feel the desire to manifest for your desire. therefore, you know that it has manifested. your desire is yours and you automatically enter the sabbath, vice versa. "man does not continue desiring that which he has already acquired". you can only experience the peace of the sabbath once you succeed in becoming conscious of what you desire to be.

if you fail to keep the sabbath, you fail to enter the state of rest. you fail to receive the promise (your desire) and fail to realize your desire as you are still seeking your desire. you are not letting go and knowing you have accomplished the mental work that had to be done. you cannot rest if you donβt claim your desire in consciousness. once you are conscious of already having your desire, you stop desiring it. you stop chasing it and thatβs when you enter the sabbath state. you arenβt in a state of lack anymore and you can finally relax.

you immediately receive your manifestation. you donβt see a reason in doing methods nor do you feel unsatisfied with the way you or things in your environment are. you release every tension in your body and become one with your desire.
you will enter the sabbath every single time whenever you define a new desire you want to attain and begin a new way of defining yourself as what you desire to be. the sabbath is the last mental state you will go in when realizing your desire.

your savior is, in other words, your desire. in defining your savior, you define the object that would "save" you or please you. it is the word of god (you). and the word is nothing else than your desire. however, you do not define how you would be saved but only keep in mind the thing that would do.

once you have defined your savior (your desire), you will have to release barabbas, the robber. barabbas portrays your problem, the opposite of your desire or what you want to get rid of. and your desire (savior) is the solution.

When we think of hypnosis we have this image in mind. Like someone slowly swinging a ticking pocket watch from left to right in front of someone else's eyes. The person in front of the watch is completely captivated by it and becomes slightly sleepy. After a while they begin to close their eyes.
The owner of the clock then starts repeating phrases like: "You are a chicken." or "Cigarettes disgust you." a few times in a row, in a gentle tone. When theyβve said these sentences often enough, they snap their fingers and the person wakes up. Now they either act like a chicken or vomit just from smelling a cigarette.
It looks like it is so easy to hypnotise someone or to be hypnotised. And it is! Thereβs no magic behind it.
In our brain there is the conscious and the subconscious. The conscious mind thinks rationally, he relies only on facts. He is like the bodyguard of the subconscious. Because unlike the conscious mind, she(the subconscious mind) believes everything you tell her.
The conscious mind relies on our senses, on everything we perceive through our environment, while our subconscious mind canβt do that.
The subconscious only listens to us and is always awake and this is what our consciousness cannot do, itβs much less active at night.
She is always awake and has been here since weβve been born, thatβs why all our memories and beliefs are stored in her. When we repeat affirmations and affirmations are sentences implying something about certain states in our life. Then they remain in our subconscious. Every single sentence/ thought remains in our subconscious.
Its just that we do not think the same thoughts every day. We often contradict our own thoughts.
But if we would always think favourable of ourselves. Then we would embody the best version of ourselves because our environment has to change to match our beliefs. Thatβs what your subconscious is responsible for. The subconscious mind absorbs our thoughts in order to materialise them and make them a reality.
If you say that youβre poor, youβll turn poor.
If youβd only think favourable thoughts then only good things would happen to you, but humans contradict themselves often. If you want to keep those βgoodβ things in your reality for a long time you have to get rid of bad thoughts and repeat your affirmations regularly.
Actually you donβt really have to repeat affirmations regularly, once is enough. But by repeating them consistently these βthoughts/ affirmationsβ become permanent βbeliefsβ. This way sudden negative thoughts in your head canβt ruin your manifestation/ belief. Youβll always think favourable with that belief in mind and wonβt ever confuse yourself. So i recommend repeating affirmations.
Consistently repeating affirmations doesnβt make your subconscious materialise stuff faster, one thought is completely enough. Manifesting is instant.

But our consciousness makes it a bit difficult for us, since he thinks logically and sees that the reality contradicts our thoughts.
However, don't get it wrong, it is our subconscious that gives us our negative thoughts, not our conscious. Our subconscious mind only shows us what is stored in it. Old negative memories, even those from our childhood, that once ruled over our subconscious for a long time can pop up again. This might happen from time to time. Thatβs why repeating affirmations for a long time and turning thoughts into beliefs is important, new beliefs will replace old ones.
[ When annoying thoughts come up use the balloon method. Imagine how these thoughts are all different coloured balloons and the wind is pushing them away from you. They fade. Youβll feel calmer after doing this. ~side note ]
Our consciousness canβt effect us at all though, unless we allow it. He can only make it difficult for us when we believe in our environment. When we think that our environment decides how our reality looks like, not our thoughts. But then in reality itβs our thoughts deciding how our environment/ reality looks like.
You need to know that the truth is what is in your head! Your current thoughts are your reality, not what you see! When you change your thoughts/ contradict an old belief. Your subconscious has to do her job and change reality to match your new belief.
Donβt search for the stuff your affirming for in your reality though. You will only set yourself up, searching for results in your environment. Because like i said our environment isnβt the βtruthβ, itβs powerless and itβs not your environment thatβs deciding wether you have it or not. Your thoughts decide that and your thoughts are your real reality.
Youβre thinking that youβre skinny right now = evidence that youβre skinny
πliterally. Because your thoughts are your reality and only they matter. They decide everything.

Like I was radomly imagining a scenario where a girl have a crush on another but her crush is aromantic so she tells everything to her best friend and her best friend comforts her ( I also write stories for fun so i just imagine shit like this daily) but I forgot I have this assumption that anything I daydream becomes true . You are God, you control everything in your reality. You create and you created everything in your reality. Nothing or nobody can do anything to change, ruin or take away your power/manifestations. Its all yours. It's all from you. There's not a single thing in this world that isn't created by you. If you can create them, you can change them. In this post I'm gonna explain :

I. Wat is your power ?
You can create create everything, you created everything and you can change anything because you are god. God literally create anything by just saying it, doesn't he? "Let here be light" and there was light, well you are him. You created everything in your reality unconsciously by thinking it, assuming it and/or believing it. Even sometimes just with a feeling, no words, just a feeling. You are God. You can create, uncreate, kill, bring to life, make appear or even disappear anything instantly. INSTANTLY. you are such a powerful being. You created your own existence. You create the existence of everybody. You created your actually lifestyle, your actual family, friends, teachers, neighbors, ect. Everything and everyone is your creation. Theres not a single thing that you didn't create. You are the ultimate creator. The only on in control.
As you create everything, you also can change anything , everything is malleable , everything can be changed, there's not a single thing that isn't made to bend over to every single one of your desires. Any circumstance, any place, any situation, any person, literally anything can be changed by you because you created everything. Which means you are in control. You are the cause of everything and you can change anything. You decide what's going on. You are the writer of the story. You are the only one that knows what is gonna happen. You are the one and only creator. You are the creator but also the creation. You created everything, everything even yourself. You are the creator and the creation. The only things stopping you realize this is your ego, persist till it disappear.

II. why you are God ?
You're god because you are the creators of your reality. You created everything around you thank to your mind (you) and there is not a single thing that isn't created by you. You are so powerful. You create anything with your mind since you are only an amazingly powerful consciousness (god) experiencing life in a human form. Whatever goes on in your mind (4d) is gonna reflect in your external reality (3d). That's why you are god. Because you are the only one that have the power to change things with your mind. You are the creatror. you are in control. You are god because no one else but you control whats going on.
III. What's the 3d and 4d?
The 3d = external world
your 4d = internal world
The 4d is your internal world. Your assumptions, your thoughts, your daydreams, visualization, beliefs , ect.
The 3d is everything physical, everything that isn't internal. Basically your five sense.
Your 4d > 3d.
The 4d is the most important between these 2 since the 3d is a reflection of the 4d and the 4d creates the 3d.
When manifesting you should guide yourself & search validation within you ( in your 4d) and not in the external world (the 3d) .

IV. Why does the 3d reflect the 4d?
When you assume something, you change your 4d wich your 3d have to reflect. But how does it reflect? Thanks to your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind have no eyes and need no proof to believe anything. Just with assuming / affirming/thinking /feeling/living I the end /knowing / ect ONLY ONCE your subconscious have accepted it as true. So your 3d have to reflect it. After your subconscious accept it, it is gonna send signals to your senses to prove what you believe. So basically reflecting your 3d.
