You need to realize that you are NOT trying to attract anything, you are NOT trying to attract the money, your sp, your df, your db. Life is NOT happening TO you its happening FROM you, its all coming FROM you, when you truly understand this you no more feel desperate because when you think in terms of attracting your desire it feels like you need to get it from something outside of you, its like you are chasing it and like you begging for it to come into your life. Remember life is happening FROM you.

Now this is very important: When you want to manifest something, understand that your goal should not be to make it physical or to make it happen in the world of facts; because thats not your job, that is the job of the Law, in fact it is your own nature that does it. You don't try to breathe, nor to make your body alive, or to make your hair grow, those are done by the life itself. Your job is to deal with your own mind, to have disipline over your mind! ALL THE WORK IS DONE IN THE MIND. And the Law of life "creates" it for you. It constantly makes physical the content of your mind: good or bad. It makes no decisions for you. So you have no one to convince, force, seduce, manipulate. You have nothing to work hard, suffer or beg for. You have no miracles nor power to seek outside. You just have to generate what you want and persist in your own mind, without being distracted by old shadows that will soon vanish, unless you cannot distract yourself from them or unless you don't want to leave them. those who stick with you, are meant for you. the only person you need validation from is you. don’t change for others. doing so will only distance yourself from your true, authentic self. listen to music you like, no matter how sporadic the genres are! wear the clothes you find cute, different and cool even if it’s not “trending”. trends die but you and your amazing taste is forever!! change for YOU. do what makes YOU happy. <3
learn how to say no. learn how to say yes. change is uncomfortable but so is growth. how do you expect to be successful and get farther into your journey if you don’t say yes to amazing opportunities because fear stops you? how do you expect to be strong and unapologetically yourself if you don’t say no to the people who keep stepping all over you? maintain a balance. set boundaries— with others and yourself. if i can do it, so can you. you deserve to set yourself free.
discipline is the key. stop waiting for *countless* motivation. slumps happen. it’s normal. feel your emotions but you know what? you will always get back up on your feet. no matter how long it takes. you’ll get there. this goes for everything. people, old habits, etc. don’t let your negative thoughts ruin you when you come across a slump. feel them but don’t give them power.
motivation can only take you so far. it’s pleating. one slump after another, i soon realized that motivation is often the result of action, not the cause of it. you simply just have to start and not rely on anything but you and the discipline you enforce to achieve your goals. you see one amazing manifestation success story? great. now stop looking for even more validation. you know it’s possible. so go and apply the law, angel. THAT is the discipline I’m talking about.
it doesn’t matter how “small” the step is, you are still moving! find yourself struggling with intrusive thoughts and old limiting beliefs? discipline! tell yourself it’s okay it happens then move on knowing you have all the power.
you are capable of living your dream life. you know what’s stopping you though? you. only you. your fear of change because it seems uncomfortable, your refusal to see how much power you hold over your life, the guilt from telling yourself that you don’t deserve it. open and allow yourself to see that everything you’ve ever wanted is NOT impossible. you can do this. if others can have it, why not you? what you desire is meant for you. it’s out there.
treat yourself with care. do it out of love for you. manifest that dream lifestyle, your dream career, dream house, dream appearance because you deserve it! cut those toxic people off so you’re no longer surrounded by their energies and mindsets. take yourself out on a solo date, get a nice meal, take yourself out shopping because you deserve to have time for yourself. read a new book, go on adventures, try new things because you deserve to live your life to it’s FULLEST! do EVERYTHING for YOU. you have gone through every battle, success, cry, celebration and all of the above since the very beginning with yourself so why not do things for you? give yourself more credit. remember: your choices, your dreams, your life.

-> you got your manifestation! Because you believe that only 4D, the reality your desire exists in right now, matters. Because it’s ahead of the 3D, 4D reforms 3D with your favourable thoughts. You persisted in this idea.

When we think of hypnosis we have this image in mind. Like someone slowly swinging a ticking pocket watch from left to right in front of someone else's eyes. The person in front of the watch is completely captivated by it and becomes slightly sleepy. After a while they begin to close their eyes.
The owner of the clock then starts repeating phrases like: "You are a chicken." or "Cigarettes disgust you." a few times in a row, in a gentle tone. When they’ve said these sentences often enough, they snap their fingers and the person wakes up. Now they either act like a chicken or vomit just from smelling a cigarette.
It looks like it is so easy to hypnotise someone or to be hypnotised. And it is! There’s no magic behind it.
In our brain there is the conscious and the subconscious. The conscious mind thinks rationally, he relies only on facts. He is like the bodyguard of the subconscious. Because unlike the conscious mind, she(the subconscious mind) believes everything you tell her.
The conscious mind relies on our senses, on everything we perceive through our environment, while our subconscious mind can’t do that.
The subconscious only listens to us and is always awake and this is what our consciousness cannot do, it’s much less active at night.
She is always awake and has been here since we’ve been born, that’s why all our memories and beliefs are stored in her. When we repeat affirmations and affirmations are sentences implying something about certain states in our life. Then they remain in our subconscious. Every single sentence/ thought remains in our subconscious.
Its just that we do not think the same thoughts every day. We often contradict our own thoughts.
But if we would always think favourable of ourselves. Then we would embody the best version of ourselves because our environment has to change to match our beliefs. That’s what your subconscious is responsible for. The subconscious mind absorbs our thoughts in order to materialise them and make them a reality.
If you say that you’re poor, you’ll turn poor.
If you’d only think favourable thoughts then only good things would happen to you, but humans contradict themselves often. If you want to keep those “good” things in your reality for a long time you have to get rid of bad thoughts and repeat your affirmations regularly.
Actually you don’t really have to repeat affirmations regularly, once is enough. But by repeating them consistently these “thoughts/ affirmations” become permanent “beliefs”. This way sudden negative thoughts in your head can’t ruin your manifestation/ belief. You’ll always think favourable with that belief in mind and won’t ever confuse yourself. So i recommend repeating affirmations.
Consistently repeating affirmations doesn’t make your subconscious materialise stuff faster, one thought is completely enough. Manifesting is instant.

But our consciousness makes it a bit difficult for us, since he thinks logically and sees that the reality contradicts our thoughts.
However, don't get it wrong, it is our subconscious that gives us our negative thoughts, not our conscious. Our subconscious mind only shows us what is stored in it. Old negative memories, even those from our childhood, that once ruled over our subconscious for a long time can pop up again. This might happen from time to time. That’s why repeating affirmations for a long time and turning thoughts into beliefs is important, new beliefs will replace old ones.
[ When annoying thoughts come up use the balloon method. Imagine how these thoughts are all different coloured balloons and the wind is pushing them away from you. They fade. You’ll feel calmer after doing this. ~side note ]
Our consciousness can’t effect us at all though, unless we allow it. He can only make it difficult for us when we believe in our environment. When we think that our environment decides how our reality looks like, not our thoughts. But then in reality it’s our thoughts deciding how our environment/ reality looks like.
You need to know that the truth is what is in your head! Your current thoughts are your reality, not what you see! When you change your thoughts/ contradict an old belief. Your subconscious has to do her job and change reality to match your new belief.
Don’t search for the stuff your affirming for in your reality though. You will only set yourself up, searching for results in your environment. Because like i said our environment isn’t the “truth”, it’s powerless and it’s not your environment that’s deciding wether you have it or not. Your thoughts decide that and your thoughts are your real reality.
You’re thinking that you’re skinny right now = evidence that you’re skinny

Like I was radomly imagining a scenario where a girl have a crush on another but her crush is aromantic so she tells everything to her best friend and her best friend comforts her ( I also write stories for fun so i just imagine shit like this daily) but I forgot I have this assumption that anything I daydream becomes true . And once I was done w my weird ass scenario I get a message from my best friend who just got a gf telling me they broke up bc her now ex gf is aromantic ☠️

i can not believe it has taken me this long to figure this out but
imagination / prior beliefs create EVERYTHING you experience. meaning your assumptions send out signals that the senses then perceive.
e.g.:
i assume i will wake up with my hair brown. i will then wake up with my hair brown because my subconscious mind is sending my senses signals to prove what i believe!
reality is just a hologram of your imagination (aka 3D is 4D) because all the senses do is sense what is being projected by your subconscious mind. therefore, it has no control over your reality. essentially, it’s fake.
the only thing that has control over your experience is your imagination aka 4D. senses (what you physically hear and see for example) just perceive what YOU create it has literally no hold over your experiences.
SO, imagination first THEN senses because what you believe to be true will project itself and then you will perceive it with your senses.
