I personally think this is an attempt to either influence our opinions and or invade our spaces. It would be best to not interact with these accounts. I've never understood the argument: "You're going to alienate people if you continue to hold such a purist view." I saw that a lot in radfem circles before I left.

Alienate whom exactly? The people who don't care about the meaning of the label they're applying to themselves? The people who selfishly want to warp a whole movement or definition to include them, because they don't want to follow certain foundational aspects of it but still want to be included in the "club"?

It's so crazy how radfems would shun any other people narcissistically and falsely trying to include themselves in a group they don't belong to (4Bers who still date men, kinksters calling themselves asexuals, men calling themselves women) and yet they fall for this cry for "inclusivity"by women who are trying to water down their movement from within. It's such a joke!

You shouldn't be worried EVER about alienating people who are objectively not part of your group/movement; this is common sense. You should be gatekeeping the true meaning of it ruthlessly, or just give up and accept that it's going to be unrecognizable in a few short years.
