Day 9/31
Ancient Altar Room - John's torture room (Far Cry 5 and Far Cry New Dawn)
It was said that the secret skin of this season would be a skin we already knew, which is Meowscles, but there is another skin no one thought about. Enter: Dynamo!!(There will be more in the other comments I make on this post!
Dynamo was a fortnite skin that was released on July 20th, 2018 (source: fortnite wiki, search dynamo). Her base model is Ramriez and she is apart of the " Lucha Set" along with the skin: Masked Fury!
Meowcles is a fortnite skin that was released on Febaury 20th, 2020! Dynamo is around 2 years older than Meowscles!
One of the skins in the battle pass is: Mariposa (first picture)! Mariposa's bio says: "the daring Dynamo reinvented". This is implying that she is in someway related to Dynamo! Dynamo was one of the first female Luchador skins in fortnite, until Mariposa was added! My theory is (supported with facts) that Mariposa is actually a redesigned Dynamo! This is implied from her bio and, Dynamo's design! Dynamo has the watermelon dyed hair (pink and green) and the same exact hairstyle! Mariposa is just wearing a similar but updated outfit!
Another supporting fact is: Dynamo is apart of the Lucha Set. The skin: Masked Fury is apart of the Lucha Set. We can see Masked Fury in Mariposa's loading screen!! As well as Mariposa having a secret style called: Dynamo!!
My theory is: I do not think Meowscles is the only skin Fortnite might have been talking about when they said that there was a skin that was of a character we already knew! This is not saying that Mariposa is the secret skin, I just think there might be more redesigned skins!!
I think that others theories about #FortniteChapter4Season3 going back in time, might support this as well. I think we should try and pay more attention to all the skins and see if they are similar to Mariposa's situation! She may not be the only skin like this!
Sources: I used http://fortnite.gg for the pictures and I got the dates from the fortnite wiki. Everything else is from me!

I did my best to make the image descriptions as accessible as I could for others, but I had alot of difficulty.
went to the bookstore yesterday and got some new books. i was mainly looking for books that were easier to understand and relate too. here are the ones i found:
-fish in a tree by Lynda Mullaly Hunt. it's supposedly about a disabled student who has trouble in school
-a storm of strawberries by Jo Cotterill. its about a girl with down syndrome who loves her older sister. but her older sister's friend is sleeping over and all her older sister's attention is on is her friend and its making the main character upset, who just wants to spend time with her. there is also a tornado.
-full cicada moon by Marilyn Hilton. its about a mixed girl who has trouble with the fact that she doesn't physically look like either race she is mixed with. and she wants to be an astronaut.
-what a wonderful phrase by Nicola Edwards and Many Montoya. its about a bunch of different commonly heard phrases from around the world and what they mean. i take things too literally and this explains where the phrase orignated from and what it really means.
-our generation: a fair share at the diner by Erika Nadine White and Geraldine Charette. i like our generation dolls and it felt sad to see this book abandoned at the bookstore and for only $0.25 as well. i figured it would be a good idea to get to know the two characters (who are also physical dolls) from this book.
-the selkie girl by Janis Mackay and Ruchi Mhasane. the title pretty much tells you what its about. its a scottish and irish (but this book in particular is the scottish one) folklore about selkie's.

I saw a Spongy moth last night. I also saw a bleptina flavivena. I got to hold the other one but not the Spongy moth.
Spongy moths names were changed from a racial slur. I personally think their new name describes them way better and it is inclusive and doesn't hurt specific groups of people.
I'm unsure what bleptina flavivena it is specifically but it was still really nice to see one.
did y'all know that scorpions glow under uv (ultraviolet) lights?
the outer layer of the scorpions exoskeleton is called a cuticle. on the cuticle is a thin layer called, the hyaline layer. this is the layer on the scorpions exoskeleton that reacts to the uv (ultraviolet) lights and makes it glow.
what's even cooler is that scientists figured out that this thin layer on the cuticle of the exoskeleton is really really strong. so strong in fact that if you were to shine a uv(ultraviolet) light on a dead, or fossilized scorpion, it would still glow like it does when it's alive.
also, when the scientists preserve the scorpion specimens in jars, the hyaline layer will make the liquid of the jar glow as well.
one thing to point out though is, after molting, the scorpions don't glow immediately. the cuticles would have to first completely harden in order for the hyaline layer of the cuticle to glow under the light.
scientists don't know for sure why the scorpions glow though.
hello! I wanted to start a thing where I share new facts about animals that i learn everyday. I will do lots of research on the things I share before I post them. the credit to this picture goes to Google, but specifically; https://agrilife.org/urban-ipm/2017/10/06/glowing-scorpions/
