As someone who likes to write but struggles to come up with good story. I feel this. Sometimes I want my stories to be really atmospheric and meaningful and serious, but they don't have to be...completely, anyways. Every now and then I should just remember to drop in something random, just because I like it. Doesn't matter if I end up using it, or forgetting it, or keeping it etc. At least it happened!

“everything in your story should be there for a reason” well yes the reason my character has an Irish wolfhound is because I’ve always wanted one
