Zoro’s annoyed, but he’s going along with it because it puts that rare smile on Sanji’s face (and Sanji pops a mini onigiri in his mouth as payment for every ribbon). And in the end, Sanji tops it all off by placing one of his own ties around Zoro’s neck.
