Second little chunk with unknown context under the cut
“I thought you said you weren’t going to get tired of me.”
“Who says I’m tired of you?” Will scoffs and glances at the suddenly very interesting floor. Hannibal glances up just as Will tips backward against the doorway and shoves his hands into his pockets.
“Well then what do you call it?”
“I call it being busy,” Hannibal replies, eyes once again on his book.
“That’s not even work.”
“Not everything is.”
“Then what do you call me?” At that, Hannibal lets the book snap shut and turns in his chair to face Will. Will is more than a little irritated that Hannibal looks like the subject of a painting sitting there, arm resting gently against the side of the chair, intense gaze on him.
“I call you, a specimen.” Will blinks. He’s not sure what he expected.
“I’m sorry, a—”
“A specimen.”

There are two types of writers:
1. 'It's fiction, it doesn't need to make sense!'
2. 'I didn't account for the rotation of the planet and how that affects the constalations while my characters stargazed at different times of year, I have failed as a writer, and this entire thing is trash'
Still Can...
