The idea of drawing the chacacters came to me when i was watching the Popeye's cartoon

I was wondering what Fred would like in a cartoon after i saw the movie a while ago(i don't know if it was good enoughbut i going to practrice the faces more)

I admit that this one was very colorful and i loved it 🙃✨️
