The Magnus Archives: The Eye
Unreliable narrators are one hell of an idea. You can just write whatever, and if a reader points out "hey the way this scene happened should not be physically possible if it's done the way this character described it", you can just be like "yeah I don't trust that fucker either."
“i asked chatgpt—” well i asked the ceaseless watcher to turn its gaze upon you
Task manager turn your gaze upon this wretched thing
Love how in TMA/protocol the whole thing is like
"here's the humanized concept of insanity , known to take it's victims and change them so much they can no longer be identified with themselves. Here's the humanized concept of the origin of children's horror stories, who changes and morphs and grows to ensure he always represents what children fear the most, and eats the parents of the children who don't believe to sew a blanket of fear into the hearts of as many children as possible"
And then we all (including myself) go "OH MY GOODNESS JUST A SILLY LITTLE GUY WE LOVE HIMMMM" and decide they are the most innocent, goodest bois (they are. I mean he bought her a chair)
I've been told not posting is very bad so have a zombie sketch :3
SPOILERS!!!
Not me only realising that Sasha got replaced after they already introduced the Not Them. TwT
"The most scary part of TMA is the blanket episode- The most scary part of TMA is Jane Prentiss - The most scary part of TMA is the Not! Them creatures -"
Wrong! The most scary part of TMA when you're watching for the first time and realize far too deep in that you really should be have been trying to remember peoples names.
