the fact that we got 96 points and didnt make it still frustrates me

our boys did so good and it didnt even matter

although i am hopeful for next year, they exceeded my expectations immensely this year and we will kill it next season

we also have such a young team, the future is only looking good

Got bored of waiting for the photos from Kazokucon so got back into cosplay and took some myself.

Depite this being EXTREMELY rushed (started working on it three days before the con and was up till 3am finishing it) I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, just don't look too closely lmao

Think we'll see a "New Hilary Knight" in the younger generation playing right now, or do you think we'll be waiting a minute for someone able to take up that mantle?

Big shoes to fill!

I don’t know the American players well enough to make those speculations, but the thing about people like Knight is that they aren’t easily replaced by athletes who are simply ‘good at hockey’, her leadership and her drive to grow the game are also a part of why she is who she is and why her impact is so immense.

Eventually all records are broken, you see talent surges and the game improves over time, but I don’t see the void she leaves behind being filled anytime soon.

came back after the death and played arguably the best game i have ever played in my life omg

anyways that felt so good to win, especially bc ive been on a losing streak recently
