where was this fear of inducing pure consciousness rooted from?
from the idea that you probably can't induce pure consciousness, cuz you think you might do something wrong? from the idea that you may not be able to induce pure consciousness at all, cuz you aren't worthy of inducing pure consciousness? where was your fear of inducing pure consciousness rooted from?
a lot of us still hold on to the idea that pure consciousness is "an actual void we're entering". a place outside or somewhere literally inside of us. that we are leaving our bodies to enter a dark instant manifestation plane. the idea looks easy but sounds like it could be hard, and that there's something you could be missing. is that where your fear rooted from?
that following the exact routine someone else did might help them "enter the void". that inducing pure consciousness is scarier, becuz of the "symptoms" (which actually occurs because your brain is checking to know if you're asleep). is that where your fear rooted from?
being convinced for a long time that you must work (hard) to achieve your desires, which also meant that inducing pure consciousness and manifesting your dream life is also hard. so when it seems too easy to be true, something has to be wrong and you will fail. is that where your fear rooted from?
well i can assure you that the life you desire, is within molecule-distance.
this fear you have bottled up inside of you, was once inside of me too! so i completely understand how you're feeling đ©· but what you must understand, is that you don't have to live life the hard way anymore. you know about the law and you know about pure consciousness, so you know more about your self. you know that pure consciousness is only another state of consciousness, and that it is easily induced when you forget about the 3d and you immerse yourself in your imagination (daydreaming, freeing yourself in your thoughts, affirming, having internal dialogues, singing songs or rapping in your head, etc.). everyone can induce pure consciousness. yes! even YOU reading this! inducing pure consciousness is as easy as inducing sleep (or even easier!).
don't stay in this mindset that life must be hard to get through as time goes by. you'll end up being the person that constantly thinks that everything in life must be hard.
but trust me. it doesn't have to be hard.
inducing pure consciousness isn't a new concept. your subconscious mind already knew about this state of consciousness, but it was time that your conscious mind knew too!
you were literally born with the ability to induce pure consciousness cuz you were born with the state. there's no reason to be fearful of failure. if you're fearful of failure, then you're still stuck in the "nothing is done with ease" mentality. a mentality stemmed from the 3d, and it needs to be bidden its farewells. there was nothing to be scared of in the first place until you thought of something to be scared of. whatever you thought of to be scared of was simply a false idea you instilled which caused fear. one of the ways to diminish this fear, is to know and understand the truth, and to get rid of those false ideas of pure consciousness. i know many of you still don't believe that you can induce pure consciousness today, tonight, and even within this very hour, but trust me. you can!
it seems to me that y'all are more fearful of an undesired outcome. but that simple "outcome" is staying in the awake state. or, fearful of being disappointed in yourself.
but the thing is, how will you know the simplicity of pure consciousness if you don't bother inducing it cuz of fear? even if you didn't induce it, note what you were doing, and note what pure consciousness is. if you were constantly stressing about time, note that. also note that pure consciousness is a no-time state. if you were constantly stressed about feeling your body, note that. also note that pure consciousness is a state of consciousness where you're not aware of your body. there's nothing wrong with learning and apply. but putting it off, cuz you don't want to disappoint yourself again will not help you in any way.
trust me when i tell you, for the how muchth time ion even know atp, pure consciousness is just like being awake, or being asleep. just like it. they're all the same concept, and you know you can't force yourself to become neither. just relax, close your eyes, and let your thoughts or daydreams wander without worrying about pure consciousness, then boom! you'll induce pure consciousness! and for those fearful of disappointment, just go for it without caring about any outcome! trust me, there's literally nothing to be scared about! with every learning attempt is a step closer to success! so keep going!

A lot of girls will continue to fumble the bag because theyâre too busy flexing instead of keeping their dating life under wraps like a sane person. We live in a day and age where if a celebrity slides in a girls DMâs, sheâs posting it on Twitter for hundreds of people to see. Women are filming their dates while theyâre out with a millionaire like a fan. Being a messy, attention seeking, unmysterious women is why not every women is going to have luck with this.
There is no better time than right now to start persisting and living in the 4d. I think so many people push off things because they feel they need to âchangeâ something in the 3d and then they can start affirming for what they want. NO. Nothing will change if your thoughts donât change. If you want a boyfriend donât sit here and be like âwell first I have to lose weight and then I have start dressing prettierâ UHHHHH NO. You are going to start right now because they are obsessed you with the way you are and love you no matter what. Stop saying things need to change in the 3d before you can affirm for your desires. You will be sitting and waiting forever. START NOW.

Thatâs all the void is, folks. Thatâs it, a deep meditation state that allows you to shift consciousness to another reality, a reality that existed the second you thought about it. All you do is alter the physical plane, aka the infamous 3d. The void allowing you to alter the laws of the 3d may sound scary and huge but itâs not. Youâre just shifting awareness, aka consciousness
If you guys put walking on this much of a pedestal, a lot more of you would need crutches and wheelchairs claiming that:
âI just canât do it, i tried and got symptoms of beginning to walk but i fell at the last secondâ
If you guys put breathing, yes fucking breathing on this much of a pedestal then a lot of you would need ventilators, asthma pumps, you name it. I can seriously see some of you saying that:
âI tried everything but just canât manage to breatheâ
A lot more of you would need glasses if you guys made seeing this big spectacle like you do with the void:

excluding those who genuinely canât do these things, do you realise how dumb this sounds? now look at the void this way, you donât need to try, just be.
And why have i used these things as an example? because the void is as easy as these things and as natural as these things, it was natural to us, IS natural to us and society forced us into unlearning these things, but let me tell you the void is just shifting consciousness and you can get to do that by just inducing yourself in a deep meditative state, the same way you may do breathing exercises if youre nervous about something.
Thats it thatâs all. And it will take you seconds once you master it, once you do this, I SWEAR, I BET EVERYTHING I HAVE that you will be kicking yourself mentally because it was much easier than you made it out to be, you spent a year, a year and a half, two years or even three building up to something that took you seconds.
Hereâs the only method you need and i donât need any âbutâs if you have a subconscious mind, which yes, yes you do, then this âmethodâ shouldnât be a problem for you. at all:
1. Focus on your breathing
2. Repeating âI AMâ wether it be in your head or outloud
3. Either visualise yourself as faceless and formless OR shift your awareness outside of your body
and thatâs it youâre done youâve shifted.
you were born to do this, shifting awareness is a basic ability you were born with, not a talent to perfect, not a skill to be âgood/bad atâ. Itâs a basic human ability.

hello everyone, and welcome to my life glow up challenge. before we begin, let me preface this by saying this challenge is a tool. you can manifest instantly and it's not hard. this is something lighthearted and fun to try. you don't have to affirm 24/7 and that's not what I will be intructing you to do during this challenge.
I thought of this idea from a video I watched on YouTube a while ago. The creator described what she thought were 5 important categories of health. I decided to focus on one category and persist for 5 days! So I compiled a list of daily affirmations, as well as bonus affirmations!
I'm going to be starting day 1 of this challenge as soon as this is posted, but you can begin whenever you see this post!

there are no RULES in manifesting, thus no rules in this challenge. It's simply a guide if you're looking for structure and for fun. these are just some things you may like to do/keep in mind. (Credit to @divineangelbee for the instructions idea from her self concept post - not sure if she meant it this way but that's how I interpreted it lmao )
PERSIST! persisting is just knowing creation is finished and not taking no for an answer. it is possible to manifest instantly, so of course you can manifest all this in 5 days! persisting doesn't take effort - it's easy, if you make it.
CONSUME CONCIOUSLY - I would avoid consuming excess manifesting content (besides this post, to see the daily affirmations ofc lmao). It's probably going to confuse you and you know the basics. (If you're unsure/want to go back to the bascics, check out @id18297 's post called Law of Assumption!)
AFFIRM HOWEVER LONG/OFTEN YOU DEEM NESSECARY - I'm not going to give you set times to affirm. You can affirm throughout the day, in the morning/night, etc. Saying each one once is enough. You can also command your suboncious instead of repeating the affirmations!
YOU CAN "CHEAT" - You can skip a day of affirming, skip over a certaint subject, etc, it's for fun! I just want to emphasize this so you guys know I'm not preaching affirming 24/7 lmao.
YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR AFFIRMATIONS - It isn't required to use all the affirmations given or only the ones given. You could even use none of them and instead come up with your own for the given topic!
so for day one, we are going to focus on our physical beings as well as health. this means you can affirm for desired body/appearence (there will also be time to do this on day 2), health + wellness, etc.
Affirmations:
- I'm always motivated to work out
- Working out is enjoyable and easy
- I have amazing self disciplence
- I always feed my body healthy and filling foods
- I have lots of workout clothes, equipment, and workout buddies
(You can always visualize, command your subconcious, etc as well or by them selves!)
personally, I wanted to revise being good at sports/that I've always been an athlete. so I'm going to visualize myself winning sports games + affirming for athelticism <3
day 2 is mental health, and I wanted to combine this with self concept. I think having a great self concept helps with how you view your reality and having a more positive perception of life. The affirmations will be focused on self love.
you can manifest your desired appearence on this day (remember, you can manifest anything you want on any day of this challenge because it's supposed to be fun!). I just hope you guys know that you don't have to change your appearance to love yourself/be happy. but if you desire an appearence change (like me), who am I to stop you.
Affirmations:

- I give myself the validation I need
- I am confident
- I am mentally at peace
- I have perfect mental health

The reason why I included a question mark is because I wasn't sure what to call this. I'm going to interpret it as focusing on academics/making school life easier. The intellectual part will be in the bonus.

I don't have any specific affirmations for this since it varies from person to person. Personally, I'm focusing on learning a language, and will be simply commanding my subconcious to be fluent in this language.
the last day! spiritual health can be anything, it's however you define it. It can be something pretaining to your religion, working on your manifesting abilities, etc.
for the final day, I'm just going to be using one affirmation:
