What I like about loassumption, is that you don't have to dwell on potential outcomes as 'what ifs' or 'what could've been'. You can revise, you can just embody a new state of having fulfilled whatever it is you wanted in the past. If you apply, and quit complaining about the old story, you'll find this liberating.

1. The old story doesn't exist anymore, you're completely removed from it. If it comes back to you in thoughts, correct it with the new story.

2. Don't worry, you're not practicing perfection. It's alright if you fall out of the new state and back into the old story again; you can spiral. Please allow yourself the space to make mistakes, allow yourself to be human. As long as you pick yourself up again.

3. As long as you keep consistently coming back to the new story, and stick with it, you're doing well. Wake up thinking from it, sleep thinking from it. Even the gap between morning and night, you're coming back to the state.

4. Relish in that new state, the same way you've always dwelled in negative states in the past. Marinade in the fact that you have all it is that you want, and you've already manifested it โ€” creation is done!

5. Persist, persist, persist. So long as you don't allow the old story to be dominant anymore!

You're to be fully saturated with the new story. Whatever the hell you want, you have it. And that includes new memories, too. Revision can affect any tense. You can use it to continue a new current story, or change the story of past events.

โ€ข Don't like how that TV show ended? Revise it from the very first episode, to the details you didn't want. It ended exactly how you wanted it to end. It had the narrative you wanted it to have and everything about it is perfect now. Wow you're so powerful that you changed past events of a well known fictional series? Congratulations for using your god powerful abilities.

โ€ข You're anxious about the grades you'll get once the results come out? Revise your state; 'no I'm excited to get my grades because I know I did so well because I've always done well.' Of course you did well, of course you got distinctions. You always got distinctions. Your worst mark is an 80 % .

โ€ข You felt like your hair hasn't been healthy/ growing for years? Revise it. Your hair has always been healthy. You only have memories of people complimenting your hair.

โ€ข You're not comfortable in your body shape/appearance? Revise it. You were always meant to look the way that made you comfortable. Right now, you're so comfortable in your body and skin. You feel so content in your desired body, you look exactly the way that you feel about yourself now. Everything is perfect!

At the end of the day, think from when you woke in the morning. Where did you wake up? How did you wake up looking like? Is there a desired person beside you? Did you wake up in your desired mansion? What is your daily routine of your desired lifestyle? Did you go to your desired job?

You don't have to be that detailed about your daily revisions. As long as everyday you're living the life you wanted. You can revise in any technique. Visualizing how the day went, journaling it โ€” writing it down in your diary, voice recording how your day went etc.

Please utilize it, it's so perfect if you have an issue with constantly embodying states or if you may have shitty days! And you don't just revise by the end of the days, you can revise on the spot!!

For example, let's say you're out & about and you're driving/walking passed advertising boards. And you're living in the end as a fashion model!

It can be really as simple as scrolling through your phone, and revising that every social platform you go to, you see people using your face as their avi.

Revision can be used in so many ways, don't waste it.

Hey guys Iโ€™m back with another post on LOA. I just had the most random urge to type up a blog so here we are!! Today Iโ€™m going to be talking about why you should love the 3D

You heard me.

LOVE THE 3D.

When manifesting, it is so easy to get caught up in buzzwords and terminology like โ€œignore the 3Dโ€, โ€œfocus on selfโ€, or even โ€œfuck the 3Dโ€ and while these phrases hold some form of validity, it can be super misleading and lead to confusion.

I know that when I was just starting and I heard all of these common sayings, I took it quite literally. I put my phone on do not disturb and really focused/lived inside my mind. This in itself isnโ€™t a bad thing, but I went about it in a way where I completely shunned out my physical reality and operated under so much anxiety over how my 3D looked that I was really just in denial.

The moment I accepted my 3D for how it is instead of having so much resistance over it, I felt so freeโ€”enough to be able to properly focus on my desires and knowing that I have it now.

When I woke up and felt my heart pounding and my anxiety ramping up, I closed my eyes and told myself โ€œI recognize that I feel this way and thatโ€™s okay. What can I do right now that will help me possibly feel better?โ€

The key here is the word possibly. You donโ€™t need to know from the get go what works for you or not, the important part is that you tried to get yourself into a better, more stable position with your body.

For me, I tried journaling. I thought it was for me at first but I found that I just couldnโ€™t commit to it, so I found another medium to explore. And once I really found activities that helped me engulf myself in joy, positivity and just an overall sense of being okay with myself, I was able to see my 3D in a better light. I didnโ€™t need to fight it anymore.

This isnโ€™t to say that you canโ€™t ever be sad or feel your emotions. Those feelings are important too, but in the end, they are just that. Feelings. Finding yourself in a low state is okay, acknowledge it but donโ€™t dwell on it. Always get back up again.

The 3D isnโ€™t your enemy. It is a projection of your dominant beliefs, what you repeatedly tell yourself on a day to day basis. It didnโ€™t take me realizing this in the first place to be able to be all sunshine and rainbows with my physical world again. No, I dealt with the heartbreak, the pain, all the โ€œwhy me??โ€ complaining I had to let out to get back to baseline. I just told myself to do my best anyway, to go out there and focus on what I really need to do to attempt to feel better about myself, even when I felt like an imposter, even when I felt like I was lying to myself.

I did it anyway.

I affirmed, I went to the gym, I blocked out sad/negative music, I focused on my studies, I complimented strangers, I did it anyway.

And now Iโ€™m at a point where I am completely in love with my 3D. It is so beautiful and wonderful and thereโ€™s so much detail to appreciate within it. The sun, the birds, even just knowing you have full control over how it all turns out is beautiful.

Love the 3D because it is ultimately you. You and the 3D are one. And when you love the 3D, you love yourself. Put down your resistance to it, embrace it for what it is right now because you can always change how it looks. Always.

you do not exist/live in the 3D, you simply perceive your own mind and assumptions in three dimensions. the 3D is an illusion. it isnโ€™t real. the phone youโ€™re reading this on, your surroundings, me writing this post, โ€œotherโ€ people, theyโ€™re not real.

this will literally answer all the questions you have about LOA. examples include:

โ€œwhat if what iโ€™m doing wonโ€™t make anything manifest in the 3D?โ€ then boo-fucking-hoo? it wouldnโ€™t even matter because thatโ€™s not where you live. youโ€™re 4-dimensional. if itโ€™s happened in the 4D, itโ€™s fucking happened! put it in your success story list. rejoice now that itโ€™s happened. because it has! the 3D is NOT real, the 4D is so you should be checking the 4D! think about this question: โ€œwhat if it doesnโ€™t manifest in the 2D (a world of only length and width)?โ€ i bet youโ€™re like โ€œwomp womp? the fuck would that have to do with me? itโ€™s not real and i donโ€™t live there!โ€ give that SAME energy to the 3D. you live in the 4D.

โ€œwhere is it in the 3D?โ€ why do you care? itโ€™s not where you live. CONSCIOUSNESS is the only reality. you heard me. you shouldnโ€™t give a fuck about whether it will manifest in the 3D or not because the 3D doesnโ€™t determine reality, YOU do. why do you want confirmation from an illusion when you can have confirmation from whatโ€™s actually real (the mind)?

โ€œbut if i stop caring about whether itโ€™ll manifest in the 3D or not, it might not manifest in the 3D!โ€ first of all, womp womp then? you donโ€™t live in the 3D. second of all, thatโ€™s literally impossible unless you directly/intentionally assume that itโ€™s the case. the 3D literally EXISTS as a reflection/limited perception of the mind. itโ€™s LAW that it will come. and the last time i checked, โ€œi donโ€™t care whether it comes or notโ€ and โ€œit wonโ€™t comeโ€ are different statements. but what i just find so hilarious about this one specific doubt is that youโ€™ve literally just PROVEN your THOUGHTS create the 3D.

โ€œi canโ€™t manifest abc! it goes against the laws of physics/circumstances etcโ€ lemme just get this straight. the MIND is the only reality yet you are lying and saying it has limits based off of 3D โ€œlawโ€? and the 3D is not real meaning the โ€œlawsโ€ of the 3D arenโ€™t either? the 3D doesnโ€™t and will never be able to tell the mind what to do. that being said, you can manifest pissing a million bucks, teleporting into a villa in italy or becoming wanda fucking maximoff and developing superpowers. you can manifest hulk hogan flying across the pacific to your door and proposing to you, hell, you can even manifest BECOMING hulk hogan. you can manifest your SPs buying you three million bentleys then making out with you in each of them. you can manifest going back in time. you. can. manifest. ANYTHING. you. can. manifest. anything. you. can. imagine. youโ€™re OMNIPOTENT.

this one is very interesting cause itโ€™s a response to doubts! โ€œif i keep doubting, it wonโ€™t show up in the 3D!โ€ the reason your doubts persist is because your mind thinks they actually mean shit and are an issue worth addressing. so what if it doesnโ€™t show up in the 3D? itโ€™s already happened.

โ€œbut what if im one of the odd ones out? what if i canโ€™t manifest?โ€ despite the fact that itโ€™s scientific law, the rebuttal for this doubt is very simple. you wouldnโ€™t be alive lmao. being alive is a constant act of the 3D reflecting your mind, thatโ€™s literally its only purpose. itโ€™s an inanimate, mindless, limited perception of your mind that instantly conforms to your beliefs. you are CONSTANTLY manifesting. what youโ€™re doing is just learning how to control WHAT you manifest. (just to set the record straight. this doesnโ€™t mean you are to blame for your problems since you didnโ€™t consciously choose them).

โ€œthe 3D isnโ€™t showing me what i want!โ€ well it isnโ€™t real lmao? why the fuck would that matter?

one of the WORST beliefs you can have as a manifestor is that the goal of manifesting is changing the 3D. i know you (probably) came in thinking that but i want you to shed that belief. the 3D is not real. the goal is to get it in the 4D, where you live. to fully experience something, all you have to do is change your mind as thatโ€™s the the only reality. when you accomplish that goal, rejoice and move on.

this is why i very, VERY heavily dislike the statement that โ€œan assumption persisted in will harden into factโ€. no, an assumption IS a fact. only regarding something as real when it manifests in the 3D (which isnโ€™t real) is fallacious.

โ€œthoughts create realityโ€ i bet youโ€™ve heard this before in this community but i donโ€™t like this either for this simple reason: thoughts (that you accept) ARE reality.

my biggest piece of advice to you as a manifestor is this: realize that the 3D doesnโ€™t mean shit.

when you DO get your manifestation in the 3D, itโ€™s perfectly fine to be happy but donโ€™t jump up and down saying โ€œitโ€™s finally happened (in reality)!โ€. NO. it happened in reality ages ago, the 3D just caught up.

Everyone is You Pushed Out (EIYPO)

What is it?

This concept right here is the foundation of manifesting. To basically define what this is, it's the concept that everyone you interact with in your life reflects who you are (your beliefs, assumptions, etc). It's a really good thing to know and always keep in mind. It's something Neville Goddard coined and researched.

It is not a technique in manifesting. It is a concept of how things function and work out in your life. You have to pay attention to what you expect, believe, assume, etc. because that is what will reflect in others. It can be hard to pinpoint since we subconsciously manifest just about everything, but once you're able to notice, it can help you get to your end state.

Examples of EIYPO

From my own experience, it took me a bit to grasp this concept. I even questioned it. But, then it clicked for me when I thought about all my interactions and situations with people I've dealt with in my life and how it reflects me. I'll give you some real-life examples.

Back in high school, I ended up making a lot of unkind friends who'd even ignore me during our lunch breaks. I remember the guy I liked in this friend group was a total player, but I leeched onto him while he told me things like, "Don't be a doormat. You let people walk all over you." I knew deep down I was letting this happen, especially since that boy himself was doing that very thing. But I allowed it, so it kept happening over and over again. People kept taking advantage of me.

In early adulthood, the way I used to treat myself during tiring and stressful mornings was getting snacks (particularly a Mountain Dew and a bag of M&Ms). So, I made a friend and he ended up treating me to those exact things as well. I was also in a bad relationship with someone who sucked at communicating, someone who I felt was just going along with things. But I constantly let him get away with not reaching out to me first and wouldn't question why he'd constantly hide his notifications. He kept on letting me reach out first and ended up being a cheater (deep down, I was expecting something bad like that to be true).

Right now, my two SPs are very monkey-see-monkey-do. My romantic SP, Bee, shows his adoration for me in the same way I do for him. We have the same weird habits. My platonic SP, Gary, greets me the same way I greet him and we don't shut up around each other.

So, what I'm getting at with all of these experiences is this: because I expect, allow, and settle for these things and this behavior from other people, it plays out that exact way. Plus, particular people mirror my own traits and behavior because I care about them a lot and they reflect that back in the same way. This very same concept applies to everyone. You subconsciously manifest certain things to occur and certain behavior from others because of your own beliefs and expectations.

Does this mean I have to have a good self-concept?

No. Your self-concept determines just about everything in your life, BUT it does not have to be really good in order to manifest what you desire. I've talked many times about how you can manifest things you want even through disbelief, doubts, negative emotions, etc. "Persisting through tears" as some say. I've done it successfully many times, as have many other people.

Can it help to have a good self-concept? Yes. If you have confidence that you can manifest everything you want, that'll give you a massive boost. But, again, you don't have to in order to manifest. Manifesting is about simply knowing and putting the assumption out there that you have it, then you get it. That requires no perfect self-concept.

Does this mean people in my life have no free will?

So, when it comes down to it, no, they really don't. But also, this isn't forcing or controlling people. No matter what, you are always manifesting people to do things and act a certain way, whether you realize it or not. It happens naturally and subconsciously. The people in your life always reflect you. Don't think of it as forcing when everyone in yourself is somehow a reflection of you and what you're assuming.

If you are questioning this, then you still don't understand. Let me explain this to you:

Manifesting is instantaneous in your 4D, which is your consciousnessโ€”the place where all creation happens. The moment you assume something as true in your mind, it is done. 3D, being a reflection of your consciousness, adjusts itself to physically manifest what you have already created internally. The time it takes for the 3D to reflect it is not a โ€œdelay,โ€ but rather reality adjusting to your new perception.

The thing is, 3D is like a mirror: it cannot show you anything other than what you are โ€œreflectingโ€ in your 4D. If you are looking to 3D for immediate signs, it shows that you are still in a state of doubt, not certainty.

Think of it this way: if you plant a seed, you know that the plant already exists in potential. You donโ€™t dig in the soil every second to check if the plant is there, right? You simply trust the process. Likewise, when you manifest, you need to rest in the certainty that 3D will inevitably reflect your internal state.

The key is to persist in the feeling that it is already yours, even before you see it in 3D. When you don't have to "see it to believe it," the reflection in the external world appears naturally, because it cannot resist your dominant state of consciousness.

Your Desires Are YOU.

I seriously need you guys to stop saying you haven't gotten your desires. Stop saying that 'pretend you have it already'. This is seriously not true. You can't pretend anything. It'll only make it harder for you when you feel doubt and check in the physical plane and see nothing.

When I say that you are your desires I'm not saying that to motivate you, I don't care about that. I'm telling you the truth so you can learn the way how reality works, how you work and motivate yourself.

It is your reality. It is made up of you. Your desires are not something that appear out of thin air. They appear out of you. Stop with the mindset that makes you believe that you're anything else but your desires.

You are just a ball of energy. So are your desires. When we say that the 4D is the true reality, we don't mean that the 3D is not real. It is very much real, just that it is coming out of you and showing you what you decide. Imagination and reality are not different. They are one. Imagination is reality and reality is imagination. 3D=4D.

Every thought you have is a whole reality, a whole universe on it's own. Every desire you have makes up your soul, your heart. Your desires, your wishes no matter how 'long' or how 'far' in the 'future' will show up. You cannot stop getting your heart's desires. That's literally why you're here. To experience what you want.

No fear or doubt in the entire world combined can stop what you have full control over. Stop acting like you're scared you won't get your 'desires'. They are literally you. You are made up of your desires. Your desires are completely made up of you. You breath them into existence by just existing. Please stop behaving like you aren't aware of how reality works.

You can spiral, doubt, fear all you want, in the end you'll experience what your heart desires. It's inevitable. Feeling what you're feeling is good. But those feelings arising because you think you're not enough? Have some trust in yourself and wake tf up to the truth.

You can't cry about not having something when that something is you. This is where inner fulfilment comes in. Those people weren't lying when they said all that. Inner fulfilment is not the feeling of wish fulfilled. It is the knowing. The knowing that what you desire is you. You don't desire something outside of you.

Your desire is made up of every inch and ounce of you in it. Look within. It's right there.

I was wondering what to do if you feel some kind of guilty feelings for your manifestation?

So pretty much I had to study a career that I wasn't really fond of, I wanted to study Acting but in Latin America specially in my city acting and theater is so frown upon, so I wasn't supported by my family, unfortunately I had to settle and choose this other career (this all happened before I found out about the Law and subliminals)

Anyways I'm in my 5th semester now, and I sort of created this plan that in one of these next semester I'd apply for an exchange and go to another university that is in America in order so I can get casted in yk Netflix and others๐Ÿ’•

Anyways I'm confident in all of that, I know it's mine and creation is finished but, but in my 4th and 5th semester my grades have been awful, (when I found out about Loassumption it kinda triggered and spiritual awakening and my anxiety and I could barely get up from my bed, even less hw) but even so I managed to pass all of my classes barely tbh

I decided to revise my grades but I noticed that I started feeling some kind of guilt? Like I feel like I'm not worthy to changes my grades because I didn't do the work and as a punishment I should stay with the grades I currently have rn

Now that I'm writing this Ik how damaging and limiting it sounds but I keep feeling this way ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

Should I focus on my self concept for the time being?

Hi! Aww I'm sorry you're feeling that way babe :(

But do remember that creation is always finished and that includes revision! Manifesting = shifting. When you revise your grades, you're just shifting to a reality where you have them. And maybe the you in that reality did put in the work! Or maybe your teachers thought your work was a lot better in that reality. Or maybe you just had less work to begin with.

Regardless, don't conflate work with worthiness! You 100% deserve that life and having a rough mental time during school doesn't mean you don't. I understand where you're coming from, but you literally don't have to lift a single finger for the life you want. That's not a bad thing. Revising better grades is the same thing as assuming you always have good grades!

I'm glad you're feeling better now and even with feeling a little guilty, I'm glad you're coming around to manifestation and have a plan for the life you want. Never feel guilty for that!! You can just as easily revise that you did do the work but even if you don't, you still deserve those grades.

Focusing on your self concept is always a good option! You don't have to of course, but I do think it would help with feeling guilty. A lot of people have felt that way about their manifestations before! Self concept would definitely help ease that feeling :)

Y'all the way i asked for proof of manifestation actually working like in a not usual way, and 2 days later I got into a stranger things hyperfixation(i had binge watched all 4 seasons earlier last year and never ever interacted with any community)and started seeing posts about Will and Mike creating their own seperate reality.

Like this just reinforces how much of a God you are in your life. I straight up did NOT specify at ALL. I forgot thinking abt it, help tbf i was more like hey, wonder if something would turn up ;) LMAO it would be fun!

And guess what? It did. First time going down byler path and then reading So. Many. Posts about realities, subconscious manifesting into reality, everyone having their own realities and obv more and more quantum mechanics and theories( i am paraphrasing)

You don't even have to be specific. Your subconscious knows wtf you want. Crazy shit yo

thank you guys for all the love yโ€™all gave my previous post! i have addressed this topic extensively in my previous posts but i feel like it is worth a post of its own. we all have doubts regardless of where you are in your manifestation journey. here is some advice on how to deal with them.

โš ๏ธ disclaimer โš ๏ธ: there is are no cure-all solutions for doubts other than the ones you discover yourself. blogs and manifestation tips can only make recommendations but you have to sit down with yourself and understand your own psyche so you can figure out what works for you. also please excuse any errors with my grammar lol

what are doubts?

โ€œdoubt: (a feeling of) not being certain about something, especially about how good or true it is.โ€

why do we experience doubts in LOA?

weโ€™ve spent a good majority of our lives believing that the physical world/3D is independent of our minds. these beliefs tend to stick with us even when we learn that the opposite is the truth. however, itโ€™s perfectly possible to flush them out or minimize them.

how do i deal with doubts?

depends on the doubt in question. letโ€™s go over some the types of doubts you can get. please remember that some of your doubts might not appear over here and thatโ€™s perfectly fine. itโ€™s still perfectly possible to defeat them. letโ€™s get into it:

1. doubts about the legitimacy of LOA

in other words, โ€œwhat if LOA isnโ€™t real?โ€. there are multiple ways to deal with these doubts, it all comes down to whatever sticks with you the best.

the scientific way

if your doubts want scientific proof that the LOA is real, i have some links on this post that might help you. one of these has links that will take you to a bunch of scientific articles and books that prove the existence and legitimacy of LOA.

the spiritual way

some of us have a more spiritual outlook on life and thatโ€™s perfectly fine. many ancient spiritual practices practiced some form of LOA. a lot of research on these communities and their beliefs might help.

the anecdotal way

if your doubts want proof through experiences, reading success stories is an amazing way to start. @loasuccessarchive compiles many amazing success stories that might motivate you. but what i would recommend the most is starting a success story list of your own (and you can include stuff you havenโ€™t seen in the 3D because you live in the 4D, i talk more about this in the post i linked above). your own experiences that you can verify are true will have a more powerful impression on you.

please remember that everybody has individual preferences even if they are not listed above!

2. doubts on whether you have your desire or not

i have addressed this in the post i linked so iโ€™m just gonna give a quick summary. if you have it in the 4D, you have it. you are 4 dimensional and you live in the 4D, you just perceive it in 3 dimensions. donโ€™t rely on the 3D for approval cause itโ€™s an illusion. the 4D is real, the 3D isnโ€™t. something can happen in the 3D but still not be true, thatโ€™s why revision exists. but if it happens in the 4D, itโ€™s happened unless you change it.

3. doubts on whether you can manifest

this is different from number 1 in the sense that this doubt believes that everybody else (those people you see with the success stories) can manifest but you canโ€™t. this is laughably false. if you werenโ€™t able to manifest you wouldnโ€™t be alive. the mind is reality and creates the illusion you perceive as the physical world, that is a constant. you are always manifesting. LOA is just you picking what to manifest (which is perfectly possible).

methods to use when dealing with doubts

1. research

- researching on why your doubts are false may greatly help you in defeating them.

2. rants & inner debates

- rants are basically just angry and aggressive talks one gives to their doubts. โ€œSTOP FUCKING CHECKING THE 3D!โ€ can count. you donโ€™t have to always use ranting especially when it doesnโ€™t help but to each their own. if it works for you, have at it! just make sure to put your mental health first.

- inner debates on the other hand are calm and civilized talks with your doubts. it involves listening to your doubts (but not believing them) and debunk them in level headed manner. this may help people who want to get over their doubts through logic and reason.

3. the โ€œi can doubt it all i wantโ€ method

- i use this all the time and think itโ€™s very worth sharing. it involves telling yourself something to the effect of โ€œi can doubt it all i want, (insert desire) is an objective factโ€. think of your desire like a blue shirt youโ€™re wearing for example. you can ask yourself โ€œis the shirt really blue?โ€ all you want but that wonโ€™t change the fact the shirt is blue.

4. the โ€œas ______ is true, so is my desireโ€ method

- this is pretty simple. itโ€™s basically taking an objective fact you accept and applying that same attitude your desire. it goes something like this: โ€œas the sky is blue right now, my SP loves meโ€ for example.

5. reprioritization

- a lot of our doubts come from the belief that something is only valid if it happens in the 3D. those beliefs that make the 3D the top priority make you constantly rely on the 3D which can lead to checking and doubts. all you have to do is make the 4D your top priority/end goal since thatโ€™s where you live. you live in the 4D. the 3D doesnโ€™t have shit to do with you.

conclusion

doubts are perfectly normal and there are multiple ways to get rid of them. please be patient and kind to yourself as you try to do so. wishing all of u the best ๐Ÿซถ

| So How Do You Actually Use Your Imagination? - A Mini Guide On How To Use Your Imagination Like A Medieval

(If you haven't, I'd recommend reading this post first in order to understand imagination, then come read this!! If you want, though.)

"The undisciplined mind finds it difficult to assume a state which is denied by the senses." Meaning? LET'S ENHANCE THE POWER OF OUR IMAGINATION!! 1. Define your desire. Know DEFINITELY what you want. Pretty easy.

2. Construct a scene, or an event, which you believe you would come across AFTER the fulfilment of your desire. โ†’SMALL EXAMPLE: If you are manifesting getting an A+ on your next exam/assignment, construct a scene in which you would encounter your teacher congratulating you on such a high mark.

3. Deactivate the physical body (like a FNAF animatronic... ha. ha.) and induce the state akin to sleep - a drowsy state. It's important to note that you must still be conscious enough to control your thoughts. You don't want to get too sleepy. During this drowsy state, play the constructed scene over and over in your head until it feels and has all the distinctness of reality. A little note: In your imaginal scene, you must be the actor of your visual. You do not imagine in third person as if you are watching yourself on a movie screen. You must make it here and now, as in imagination it is, hence why it materialises in the outer world once persisted in.

"The difference will be appreciated if you will now visualize yourself climbing a ladder. Then with eyelids closed imagine that a ladder is right in front of you and feel you are actually climbing it."
