Riddle doesn’t love it but as long as it’s in private and not distracting him then he won’t stop you. His upbringing left him rather touch starved. Your hand mindlessly fussing with his red locks is actually pretty comforting. You’ll have his cheeks turning the same shade in no time.

Leona threatens to fall asleep the second your fingertips meet his mane. He’s especially fond of the way you’re gentle around his ears. He won’t say out loud how much he likes it but when he rests in your lap and tells you to undo the braids, you get the idea he does.

Azul is tricky, you have to ease him into it. You wait for that moment during paperwork that he takes off his glasses and pinches the bridge of his nose and then go in for the opportunity. He ends up leaning against you as you stand beside his chair, fingers soothingly combing through his pearly white hair.

Kalim will take off his silk headdress in anticipation when you sit next to him, he adores it. Even if you’re just ruffling his hair, it’s attention from you that he loves and craves. He leans into your touch with a beaming grin on his face.

Vil would prefer if you didn’t.. or, at least, not without first asking. You find a happy medium where he’s sat in front of his vanity at the end of the day, brushes and combs at your disposal. You don’t use them. He smiles fondly at you in the mirror while you’re content to play hairdresser with your hands.

Idia falls off the bed when you first tried, stuck between fear of you and for your hand. Warn him next time! Now, he hardly notices when you’re playing with his fiery locks. A light, bashful smile pulls at his lips when he catches you.

Malleus was surprised to feel such a delightful sensation while he was reading. You were so engrossed in the story he was reading that you didn’t realize you began petting him, circling your fingers around his horns and threading down his ebony hair. He quickly began to read again in hopes you’d continue. To his joy, you did.

HC: Composed/chill characters realizing their feelings

What I find adorable is when the normally composed character (who does things with you) realizes their feelings, then suddenly everything they do with you gets them flustered, and they act uncharacteristically.

Vil, who gracefully does your make up realizes mid application of your lipstick that he likes you more than he thought he does; the lipstick misses and smears on the side of your lips because he misapplied. He tries wipe of the excess with his thumb, his expression schooled to appear nonchalant but his fingers are shaking just a bit.

Ace, who is playing around with you, throwing an arm around your shoulder then suddenly being hit with an epiphany followed by a loud BADUMP in his chest that his arms immediately fly to his side. Oh, oh no no no no. THIS CAN'T BE *Internal panic*

Trey, who is baking with you having a sudden image in his mind of you and him together in the kitchen back home, laughing merrily between sweets and bake goods. You call out his name and ask him to pass the 'honey', but he's still out of him so he says 'yes dear?'. Then immediately drops the honey bottle mid-pass because he realized what he has said.

Jamil, who usually replied to your overly enthusiastic greetings in the hallways getting a glance of you from afar, his hand ready to wave back then realizing he is grinning like a fool and is like OH SHIT OH SHIT OH SHIT, WHATTT!?FUCKKKKK—and immediately books it behind a pillar to hide. He reasons to himself he must be sick or tired, or both. Then he looks again and spots you spotting him, you grin and wave and he nods far too 'solemnly' in your perspective. He is spiralling in his head.

You tell Azul to shut up while he is in the middle of trying to scam you into a contract (cuz he needs more hands in Mostro lounge) but instead of being unfazed by your usual curt reply and biting back with a smoother offer suavely, his heart skips several beats. He is stumbling over his words, getting tongue tied, and when he sees just a glimmer of a spark of interest from your eyes his brain freezes. He then proceeds to tell you he is coming back tomorrow because the offer still stands (He means it, he will go to YOU don't go to him, he has to adjust to his feelings! He refuses to be caught unprepared!!!)

"I should draw Māori Miku!" I said to myself. "Just a fun sketch, it shouldn't take me long" I said to myself. Six hours later I come to with this in front of me and a wrist begging for mercy but holy fuck worth it. I love this trend this was so much fun

DISCLAIMERS AND NOTES ETC.... I'm Pākehā, meaning I am not of Māori descent. I hold so much respect for Māori people, for their values and traditions, and for the fierce pride with which kapa haka is performed. I thought if I was going to design a Māori Miku, it makes sense to dress her in a kapa haka kākahu, as her whole thing is singing and dancing!!! The tā moko is not based off any real person's moko. I referenced the temporary moko a lot of kapa haka performers wear!! Was tricky finding out whether or not depicting her with a moko was a good idea, so I went the safe route- showing an aspect of Māori culture without stepping over any boundaries!! Brown eyed Miku is everything to me shout out brown eyed Miku.... I referenced like seven different outfits to put hers together!! I really hope this looks accurate or at least passable. Thanks to adorkastock for the pose ref!!
