Sometimes it can be hard to remember all the things we need to do before bedtime, so here’s a short little checklist of some things that should be done before we go night night!

🪐 Said goodnight to my friends and stuffies
I heard this tip from a professor I had over the summer and I find it super helpful whenever I have something big that’s stressing me out.
1. Place your hand directly in front of your eyes. Imagine that in your hand is everything that is stressing you out at the moment, whether it be tests, relationships, personal issues, etc
2. Breath in for a count of 4, and as you do so, move your hand farther and farther away from your eyes in a straight line until it’s as far from you as possible,
3. Hold for a count of 4. Take note of where your hand is now, how little space it takes up in your field of vision. Focus on other things in the room; the color of the walls, the shape of the furniture, the sounds going on outside.
4. Breath out for a count of 4. Your hand is everything that is stressing you out, and everything else you can see is the rest of your life. The things that are stressing you out right now can seem so immediate and overwhelming, but remember that it only makes up a small fraction of your life, and there are so many things left to look forward to.
5. Repeat as needed. Remember, you’ve got everything well in hand.

* Cut the opening to your cave. Secure any flaps or reinforce your box with the packaging tape

Hot Ponyo
To make this warm relaxing drink you need
Half a mug full of a tea of your choosing (I prefer sleepy time tea)
A pinch of cinnamon
A half teaspoon of vanilla extract
Two teaspoons of honey
Halfish mug full of milk
*tip- if you don’t want your Hot Ponyo to get cold quickly, put the milk into the microwave for 30-45 seconds before you add it into your tea*
Hot Ponyo is a very nice soothing drink that is very easy to make. I personally like to have it before bed as a nice drink to have while winding down and getting ready to sleep.
I am so sick of guys asking me if I'm a boobs or ass kinda girl as soon as they find out I'm gay. Like the answer is neither, I don't care about how big a girls boobs are or her ass, I much prefer personality but if you really want to get into the physical stuff; I love when a girl wears off the shoulder tops where I can walk up and gently brush her hair away and kiss where her neck meets her shoulder. I love the way a girls eyes look in sunlight when you go on walks together just to enjoy each others company. I love girls fingers just how dainty they are whether she's brushing hair away or just taking notes in class, even the roughest girls have a softness to their hands. I love girls cheeks, when she gets flushed and they turn all rosy and she just looks like an absolute angel. So no, I'm not a boobs or ass kinda girl because I don't view women as sexual objects. They are so much more and they are all so beautiful.

Therapy regression is a very debated process in which a person mentally regresses via hypnosis to another age (any age) usually to relive, resurface or remember a traumatic or missing memory.
Age regressors are fully functional people who can naturally tap into a normal and healthy mindset for a temporary amount of time in order to cope with past trauma, stress or anxiety.
🍭 Yes, we ALL regress. We all have tics or habits that harken back to infancy or childhood in order to soothe ourselves during stressful times. Examples would be rocking, biting an object (pen, hair, nails etc), sucking (thumb, candy, hair etc) or the deep-seated need for a parental figure. Age regressors can just tap into this natural brain feature more easily.
🍭 No, it is not sexual. Whilst the use of certain phrases can make people uncomfortable, it is just a simple fact that what causes an age regressor to use a phrase harkens from a very different need then the reason a person in a sexual lifestyle would use the phrase.
🍭 It is not a power exchange. Age regressors may have a platonic partner or a romantic partner who takes on a caring role during their regression, this is for safety and comfort, rather than sexual control.
🍭 Yes, age regressors can be minors. There is no set age that one suddenly is allowed to enter a younger headspace. In psychology, it is a known fact that children as young as toddlers can regress to infancy in order to soothe or heal from stress, anxiety or trauma.
