💘you can buy a necklace or bracelet with a pacifier, bottle etc. as a charm, and nobody will suspect it!

💘you can wear a baby onesie with pants, and people would think it was just a cute shirt!

💘wear a diaper under a skirt with shorts or baggy pants! nobody will notice!

💘If you use pacis, you can wear one with a clip under a hoodie!

💘you could decorate a water bottle with stickers to make it feel like a sippy cup!

💘have your cg cut up your food for you and order for you!

💘order kids meals! people will just assume you have a small appetite!

💘download kid’s apps on your phone! you can play them discreetly when you have time!

💘bring along a colouring book! people won’t even care, cause lots of people use those for stress!

💘bring a small stuffie! If it’s small enough to fit in your bag, people won’t notice!

💘make a secret name for your caregiver! I.e. for me, pineapple man=daddy

💘have your cg ask you things like, “what colour is this?” Or, “how many are there?”

How to make your room little

- put stickers on your furniture if you’re allowed

- add a canopy above your bed

- make a permanent blanket fort/reading nook

- glow in the dark stars!!!

- christmas lights

- lots and lots of stuffies

- cute throw pillows

- fluffy rugs… make the floor comfy to crawl around!

- foam puzzle piece floor mats work great and are cheap

- disney posters

- get cute bedding and if you can’t do that just get a cheap kids blanket from walmart and cover your bed with that

- add cute details like an animal shaped lamp

- or a snow globe!!

- don’t forget a nightlight 

- display some kids books on your book shelf

- consider having a toy chest

- put a “keep out” sign on your door or whatever you want

- try peel and stick wall murals 

- try a beaded curtain

- paint glitter on things

- display any pictures you coloured
