Transage is a pedophile term saying they are children “trapped” in an adult body so they should be able to interact with kids and be sexually attracted to them.

Age regression is a temporary state of being able to therapeutically go into a childlike state. We do not want to interact with kids and we are nonsexual.

🍭Yes, some of us regress because it’s just fun to do. If you can’t see the emotional benefits of temporarily escaping into a childlike state, then you need to have a hard look at yourself.

🍭 No, it is not therapy/hypnosis regression.

Therapy regression is a very debated process in which a person mentally regresses via hypnosis to another age (any age) usually to relive, resurface or remember a traumatic or missing memory.

Age regressors are fully functional people who can naturally tap into a normal and healthy mindset for a temporary amount of time in order to cope with past trauma, stress or anxiety.

🍭 Yes, we ALL regress. We all have tics or habits that harken back to infancy or childhood in order to soothe ourselves during stressful times. Examples would be rocking, biting an object (pen, hair, nails etc), sucking (thumb, candy, hair etc) or the deep-seated need for a parental figure. Age regressors can just tap into this natural brain feature more easily.

🍭 No, it is not sexual. Whilst the use of certain phrases can make people uncomfortable, it is just a simple fact that what causes an age regressor to use a phrase harkens from a very different need then the reason a person in a sexual lifestyle would use the phrase.

🍭 It is not a power exchange. Age regressors may have a platonic partner or a romantic partner who takes on a caring role during their regression, this is for safety and comfort, rather than sexual control.

🍭 Yes, age regressors can be minors. There is no set age that one suddenly is allowed to enter a younger headspace. In psychology, it is a known fact that children as young as toddlers can regress to infancy in order to soothe or heal from stress, anxiety or trauma.

Tip for Regressors who have to work/go to school!

Bring a stuffie with you in your bag! If you don’t feel comfortable having them out/ can’t because of your job or school you can have them in your backpack or bag! Stuffies love playing games in your bag and they don’t mind at all waiting a bit to come back out to play! Stuffies have very good imaginations so they never get bored in there. Plus they like to be there incase you want emotional support! also stuffies can communicate telepathically so even if you’re not with your stuffie you can still talk!
