"We Are the World" is a classic song that was originally recorded in 1985 by a supergroup of famous musicians called USA for Africa. The song was written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie, and it was released to raise funds for humanitarian aid in Africa. It is one of my favorite songs out there, and I will always love it, but I can't help but wonder what it would sound like with artists from today... And I wish to hear it one day.
If the song were to be re-recorded with famous present-day artists, the lineup could include artists such as Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, Adele, Drake, Billie Eilish, Justin Bieber, and many others who are currently popular in the music industry. The exact lineup would depend on who is available and interested in participating in such a project. Each artist would bring their unique style and voice to the song, giving it a fresh interpretation while maintaining its message of unity and compassion.
I honestly believe this song should be recorded again and again. We have the 1985 original song, we could have the one from present day, and a couple years down the line, the same song but with famous artists from our future and so on...
I think its message should be heard again and again. Am I the only one thinking about this?
What would your hypothetical lineup be?
Minecraft headcanons are amazing! Give me all the headcanons!
• All villagers speak the same language, but have wildly different dialects and accents depending on the biome. A taiga villager will almost certainly have some difficulty talking with a desert villager. Wandering traders, however, are usually decently familiar with several if not all biome dialects.
• Villager names used to be just things like Wheat, River, Oak etc. However, through linguistic evolution and cultural exchange with other biomes, actual names came into use. For example Gren, a modern name common among snowy biome villagers, actually originates from the name Grain (commonly used by desert villagers) being adapted for pronunciation with a snowy biome accent.
• Herobrine is present in villager folklore in every biome, but each biome's folklore has a completely different version of him.
• In the plains, he's considered a mysterious person with godlike powers, unpredictable and capable of both great benevolence and cruelty.
• In the snowy biome, the legends say he appears to those who are close to death to answer any questions and doubts they may have and ultimately take them away to the afterlife.
• The desert biome has a somewhat similar version of him, but there are some notable differences. It is said he only appears to those who die by getting lost in the desert. Some say he forms from the sand before the dying person's very eyes. Others describe him as "blurry at the edges" and "rapidly blinking in and out of existence", as if he's not quite there.
• The savanna's version of Herobrine is something else entirely. He's said to be a hostile, violent cryptid, more animal than a person. He's usually depicted with tattered clothes and sharp teeth, less commonly with claws.
I love it!😂

Jack: calls out Antisepticeye theorists
Anti theorists: “You’re…you’re not wrong. Lol!”
Also Jack: talks about how being stabbed is one of his greatest fears as he shares a nightmare where he gets stabbed in the eye AND THEN FINISHES WITH THAT OUTRO
Anti theorists: *gross sobbing*
There's probably alot of things that have impacted me but all the talk about PMA and burn-out would be the things that have impacted me the most.
SCP-4001, as seen through a video recording. Eyes censored for public safety.
SCP-4001 is to be sealed behind no less than one yard of solid lead. Doors need to be manual or magnetic, as SCP-4001 can manipulate electric fields to his will. No fewer than five guards will be stationed at the entrance to this SCP’s room. Two level four personnel must give permission to enter, and only one person may enter at a time.
Upon entering, one must have the door immediately sealed behind them. SCP-4001 will most likely be aware of this before the door is open, due to possessing some slight form of future sight. SCP-4001 usually tries to instigate conversation. Conversation is advised against unless necessary.
SCP-4001 has a strong resemblance and mental connection to [REDACTED], referred to as SCP-4001-1, who is relatively unaware of this fact. If viewed in first person, he is humanoid, Average male build, around 5'9, with black hair and a greyish white skin tone. Every eyewitness account relays that he always wears the same grey tuxedo. Viewed through any kind of digital recording or reflective surface, however, will reveal him to be doubled in cyan and red, remarkably similar to a VHS or 3D glitch. This also shows through if he is enraged.
The most misleading thing about SCP-4001 is how tame he primarily appears. He comes off as a well-mannered gentleman, oftentimes pulling out a chair for his “guest”, or anything he can do to make them feel at ease. Do not be fooled. SCP-4001 masks a burning rage, a hatred for everything living, and an innate desire to watch the world destroy itself and rule over what’s left. SCP-4001 is incredibly charismatic and manipulative. He has never been seen to walk more than a few steps, preferring to [REDACTED] from location to location. Responds well to the titles Sir, [EXPUNGED], [REDACTED], and anything that indicates respect.
SCP-4001 also has a mild telekinetic ability, usually released in bursts when he gets angry. It isn’t overpowering, but it’s enough to shatter glass thinner than 2cm thick, and knock books off of their shelves. It has also been witnessed to cause individuals in his presence to bleed from their eyes, nose and mouth, though this seems to be under SCP-4001’s control.
Under no circumstances is anyone to make eye contact with SCP-4001. Not directly, not through the live video feed, not through photos or past recordings. Doing so directly will cause the individual to go rigid and fall into a mild seizure, completely unable to break eye contact unless something obstructs the line of sight. Blood may start to flow from their facial orifices, though this seems to me more of a scare tactic and doesn’t cause internal bleeding as yet seen. Survivors of this repeat the same facts. Looking into SCP-4001’s eyes creates a devastating feeling of drowning or suffocating. Reports akin the feeling to being lost in the depths of the ocean. From then on, individuals will be considered dangerous, as SCP-4001 forms some kind of maligned empathy link with them.
This can be replicated to a lesser extent through video footage, with the least impactful being photos. Making eye contact with SCP-4001 in a video will cause individuals to fall into a trancelike state, in which they are astoundingly open to suggestion from him. Vitals taken during this reveal that subjects’ heart rates slow to resemble [DATA EXPUNGED], and brain signals are mildly interrupted at regular, very frequent intervals. No lasting damage is recorded, other than an incredible amount of sympathy and compassion for SCP-4001. This fades after a period of 2-6 weeks, and influenced persons are not permitted to be near SCP-4001 under any circumstances.
Successful encounters with SCP-4001 usually result in feeling ill, or like you’re missing something you had before. Multiple encounters are not encouraged.
Individuals under SCP-4001’s “apathy link” must be [EXPUNGED] immediately. He can speak to them directly, seemingly regardless of distance, consciousness, awareness, or language. No amnesiacs reverse this link.
So…um.. Hi! I’m very self conscious about taking photos of myself and posting them but I’m putting my fears behind me to help this bean!😊 #hatsonforchase

I’m American. I live right in the southwest and let me tell you, it’s hell over here right now, but it will become a lot worse if Article 13 is passed.
You’ve probably heard about Article 13, and if you haven’t, go watch this video right now. Whatever you’re doing can wait for sixteen minutes and two seconds, because a second-long vote could destroy everything online.
Whether you’re from Europe or not, this law could affect you, so you should care Article 13 because it is going to destroy the online lives that you have built. No more posting memes, no more remixes, and no more YouTubers from anywhere.

All of your favorite content creators are at risk of losing their jobs because people want stricter laws on copyright, which will support the larger media companies but kill smaller creators. And because of this, we may lose everything online.
So spread the word! Reblog this, reblog other people’s posts, find petitions, write your own posts! If you’re in Europe, contact your MEP’s and get them to understand how it will affect the people who use the internet.
