Either he is a medieval French plague doctor with anomalous properties who knows something we don’t, or he’s a medieval French plague doctor with anomalous properties who is completely deluded with medieval notions of disease and medicine, trying to help humanity but ending up killing large numbers of it and transmuting the corpses into mindless, mutated drones. Hell, it could be both at this point. Whatever he is, all signs point to him being originally human. That mask and those robes friggin’ grew out of him. They’s attached! And… well, there is some silliness. For reasons. There honestly aren’t enough wholesome/humorous SCP entities. Or at least some that specifically do not promise to try and kill off large chunks of life on Earth.
