Portland Row is my home. You and George.
thinking about how Wyatt's death was different, how it's the first time we've gotten to know a character who dies in the bloodbath, how he knew the odds of Lou Lou's survival and how he chose to die protecting her, cutting his own time short even though he knew he was only giving her a few more hours
They didn't let us have a Six of Crows spin off because they knew Jack Wolfe would be too powerful
"You say that you're hurting / I know it ain't so"
i've been thinking about the swap to handheld camera near the end of I am the one
i love it so much as a cinematic choice. it kinda puts us into a forced 1st person perspective, like as an audience, briefly we are in the kitchen with them, especially with caissie clocking the camera. it just really drives home how out of control she feels in this moment within her lashing out against gabe and dan
and seeing them scurry away from her from this perspective is just so emotive and i think really captures the feeling of lashing out through fear as much as anger when struggling with mental health and pushing away those who are trying trying to help
its crazy to me that they didn't use this type of shot anywhere else in the show (ifrc?) but i guess its exclusivity to this moment solidifies both the power and vulnerability to diana at this moment.
anyways im very next to normal about this show xo
You know what? It’s missing all my crows hours
Just pretend Matthias is in the gif. I know he’s not there!

the three laws of tragedies (insp)
The worst part about the fact that Netflix canceled the SoC spinoff was that I only got 1 season of Jack Wolfe as Wylan
