I'd watch it but don't you think its a little.... rushing..? Inconsiderate..? I mean I would love to see more female villains but the movie Suicide Squad isn't even out yet! I think DC is being a little too overconfident with their upcoming movies.. They planned out all the Justice League movies and other solo hero movies even before BvS came out which later turned out to be just an average unexplained movie.. I mean to me, this just looks like DC wanting to put Harley Quinn a new (more involved) movie just because she seems profitable and would attract more audience. At least plann it after Suicide Squad is out!
