I Think Why I Get So Confused And Feel Disproportionately Overwhelmed When A Technological Thing I Use

I think why I get so confused and feel disproportionately overwhelmed when a technological thing I use a lot has a problem is because they feel like auxiliary brains to me. If I can't control my laptop I have lost all control of everything? This is definitely a problem but I have no idea what to do with that knowledge.
